The gentleman that helped us was very nice and helpful. We purchased a big Husky toolbox with wooden top, to use as our new island in our kitchen. Even though it is big it actually gives you more space cause it stores so so much. Thank you to everyone at Home Depot that helped and made this transaction go very smooth.

Love for home projects. Wish the garden was more expensive. Decorative grasses, different flowers than the norm.

I have never, ever enjoyed my time in a home improvement store more than the Hickory Home Depot! Elizabeth is force, Chuck is heads above the rest, Steve is a joy, Anna rocks…I could go on! Our kitchen is coming together beautifully, in no small thanks to the folks at our local home store!

I love going Home Depot. My wife, not so much. She says I spend too much time there. You guys know what I'm talking about. In all fairness, I'm sure there are many women that feel the same way. I go there to buy a $5.00 2x4 and leave an hour later spending $250.00. Can't help myself. But they always have the store laid out for every holiday so it's easy to find something that was not on my list.

Recently worked with Erica in doors/windows. She and her installer, Joe, helped us find a door, measured carefully and completed installation. A positive experience for us from start to finish.

I love Home Depot and I honestly don't have that much time to give you reasons why now at times the times I do go to that blue place because it is close but a hundred times out of 105 I'm going to Home Depot

Home depot is overall just a good spot. I would rather shop local but great place.

HD was the only place that had Solar Walkway lights with lithium batteries. The majority of lights only include the older NiMH batteries which last only a couple of hours on winter nights when you need them the most. The Lithium batteries continue working for years. The others have to be replaced more often. The lights are big, beautiful and bright once installed with mostly metal construction and beautiful water crystal glass. They were well worth the price.

Went to buy flowers and potting soil. Needing mulch but ran out of room in vehicle. It's 5 for 10 dol. Wide variety of different flower and plants. Hard to decide what to buy ☺

Found everything I needed with ease. It's hard to walk through a home improvement store and not want to drop mad $$$$. Well played Home Depot, well played!

First time at this Home Depot. I was not disappointed. Customer service was fantastic and the store was remarkably clean.

I went to hardware and tools to look at routers and while perusing their various routers a young man came to offer help (I think his name was Darren?) I didn't need assistance, as I knew what I was looking for, he was courteous and helpful with his suggestions and seemed to genuinely like his job and was knowledgeable.

I absolutely will be shopping at this one more often. Even if it's out of the way to do so.

Tried to purchase a water pump for our well at Lowe's and no one wanted to help us, didn't even have what we needed nor any other Lowes in driving distance. Thank goodness for Home Depot and the friendly salesman, Jim, was awesome.

If you need help with anything in any department they've got the employees available. They're knowledgeable and know they're inventory and products. Even the garden center employees know they're horticulture and gardening. They don't disappoint. Love The Home Depot. Buy all my seasonal plants and flowers and everytime I have questions, and employee has an answer.

It's one of the best HD stores around! Staff is great & very helpful!

Great customer service. Employees always have the best answers and they don't hover over you. Reasonable prices, too. They even have self-checkout available if you want it. Very convenient.

I'll be honest I usually shop at Lowes because it's closer to where I live. That being said I am tired of poor service, and them just constantly screwing the pooch at every turn. Stopped in your store today to buy lumber. Had several associates check to see if I needed anything. They helped me load my lumber both on the cart and on my trailer. Everyone friendly and offered to help. I was pleasantly surprised. I'll be back for sure. In a time when customer service seems to be a thing of the past you guys and gals did excellent.

Great place to go to, I constantly have to go there because I need metric machine screws. They have a better selection than my local Lowe's. Laura is always great in customer service.
