We have been with Allstate for many many years. So it was only obvious when we relocated to North Carolina to not fix something not broken.

We contacted Tony Smith, a local agent who has been taking care of us since the beginning of 2022 with our vehicle and then bundled our new house in Oct 2022.

Just recently Tony provided insurance for our son's auto since relocating to North Carolina.

Thanks for everything Tony and keep up the good work.

I never recommend you choose this agency since they rude customers through emails sending. They said that "they have 15 experiences to their service reputation", however they do not work professional and put customer in trouble to get civil patently since they covered my car insurance but they did not report to DMV about this and I had to get trouble with this issue. I contacted them by email and show which steps they should do then they rude me with their behave. Finally, I resolved my case for going to LOCAL DMV TO UPDATE MY CAR WITHOUT THEIR SUPPORT. My case is to send FS-1 form to DMV to update my car information. They sent it by FAX but DMV still does not get anything then they had to give me a civil patently with their support!!! Very disappointed and upset!!!
