I want to share my outstanding experience at Best Buy Store, where their reliable Geek Squad division has consistently provided exceptional service. From phone screen protectors to multiple repairs, Geek Squad has been fast, reliable, and efficient. Best Buy remains my top choice for all electronics needs.

Car audio goods are great, I haven't checked out much else.

I just got an S23, and so wanted a nice screen cover. They had one on sale, $10 off, so was $25, and the brand is like their house brand or something...so basically they put ot on for me and if UT ever breaks I can just bring it back o any best buy and they'll replace it FOR FREE! All I have to do is provide my phone number. They also had some unreal black Friday TV specials. Their warranty program is oke of the best in the business...Everybody was really helpful and friendly. This is a very well-run best buy.

Saw online that google pixel and google fi could be done in store, So I went to do it in person. New phone, New service. Thanks a ton to Sam who helped me out with trying a bunch of different troubleshooting steps, as well as how to continue with the process. Going through the steps helped me ultimately get it working the next morning, and now I have a new phone with my original number. Thank you!!

Edit - Came here for a power supply. Glad theres a shop with computer parts you can get in person for those buiding computers

The salespeople at Best Buy were very helpful. The Geek Squad did a great job installing the t v on my wall. They set it up and programmed it.

I went into Best Buy on Saturday morning looking to purchase an iPad Mini. I was greeted when I walked into the store and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I told the guy, and he pointed me in the direction of the iPads and said that he would have someone meet me back there. I made my way to the back and was greeted by a smiling Taihron. Taihron was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. (I'm not very technologically savvy.) He explained the different features of iPad vs. Samsung, per my request, even though I was pretty set on what I wanted. Unfortunately, they ended up not having any iPad Minis in stock. Taihron did not try to push me to buy another product, which I truly appreciated. He did explain that they could ship an iPad Mini to me, but I wanted to go home with it the same day. He was very understanding and let me know that he was here to help if I changed my mind. So, even though I didn't get the product I went in for, I left with knowledge and a feeling of contentment due to the conversation with Taihron and not having to deal with a pushy salesman. Side note, the store was clean, and all other employees I encountered were friendly as well. I'll be back!

The service at the Arden, NC store is always excellent. I have been shopping there for many years, and I've spent thousands of dollars there. The people who work there are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Their prices are also competitive.

Haven't been to an Actual Best Buy in a looong time. The staff and inside store experience was Fantastic. They had a lot of items in stock.

I bought a pair of Bose earphones. I didn’t like them, brought them back and exchanged them for Shokz earphones. Best Buy made the transaction super easy!!

Purchased 2 tv’s here can’t say awhile lit about customer service except it could’ve been better.

Needing to have the glass shield reacted to my cell phone. Young man that works there best. Buy cell phone department stop. But he was doing and gave me immediate attention and it brilliantly. I wish I could remember his name. But I did let his boss know what the door how I'm for as I was.

25 years of machine shops and motorcycles have left me a bit hearing impaired. Dairy Queen and their relentless innovation of new Blizzard flavors have expanded my waistline. So I came to get wireless TV headphones and a Garmin smartwatch.

The salesperson was great. They let me try on both the watch and headphones. Both felt great. I was particularly impressed with how great the store brand Insignia headphones felt compared to the Sony's. They were also half the price!

This is the kind of service you just won't get with Amazon.

Greeter at the front door started everything off on the right foot.
He could tell from my expression that I was already overwhelmed right there on the threshold and immediately found a few blue shirts to help me and help me they did. Even when one of them sold me a wrong part, when I brought it back that same greeter immediately fixed everything. One of the items that I bought was cheaper on Amazon, and one of the blue shirts price matched it immediately. Apparently, that is just one more benefit of being in their special frequent flyer program ( the name of which I can't remember, but it's something about Tech). Best Buy Asheville, NC gets 5 stars from me!

Personal service in a big box store is rare but best buy did it for me in a search for a new home computer. Very happy with the outcome.

The employees are very helpful and everything is easy to find. Store was clean and well stocked

My husband and I stopped by here to look at tablets. My husband needed one for work. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful.

I ended up wondering and browsing the store. They have a lot of selection. I enjoyed looking at all of the kitchen appliances and toys. I was even able to get a Nintendo gift card for my nephew's birthday.

This is a fun store to shop in!
