Winkler Park

Nice, clean park with awesome park trails to walk. Me and my daughter love it. Get to see so many lizards that are fun to catch.

A beautiful place near a ball feild. We absolutely loved the old house structure, great for taking photos. This place has a awesome setup children to play on the playground. There is also a Welcome Center which is pretty neat, although they were closed when we were there. Free parking...

Great playground set up. They have 5 different play sets. 3 for smaller kids 2 to 5. They are a bit worn down. But still good. One for bigger kids up to 12 or so but it's worn as well. A bus to play in and a jeep type car. 2 sets of swing sets. A big flower garden. Walking trails that are very woodsy. A blue playset that is newer and for 2 to 5 ish age. Also a gazebo and bathrooms are always open. They also have picnic areas and grill areas. Good park for hot days as it is very shaded.

Great park for the kids. Nice and mostly shaded so it's not really hot during the middle of the day. Good selection of money bars and slides to choose from.

Great play areas with clean restrooms

Went and had a birthday party. Was really nice. $3.00 ,per car for parking. It's a really nice place and I think it's worth a try. And there's a small amusement park across the parking lots including mini golf. We had a blast. I'm going back to see a game. It's a great place. Check it out. You'll be glad you did. Thanks.

I love this park!! It has so many different playgrounds to go to with different slides for the kids to play. They have swings and a picnic area. You can also hike in the woods.

Great park. It has specialized playground equipment grouped for their age. It also has several walking trails that are beautiful through the woods and clean cut some of them paved as well as and get this of crawdad stadium right there in the park.there's also a shelter with bathrooms that you can have a birthday party or just relax in the shade as well as grills stationed all along up and down the park with picnic tables.

Nice park to have parties and good times.

My kids adore this park. We often choose this location for our weekly homeschooling group park day.

I love to go to Winkler Park in the early morning on a day when nothing else is going on. Seating on a bench and watching Mother Nature come to life is fabulous. When the grandchildren and great-grandchildren come, they love to explore or play on all of the swings, slides, jungle gyms, etc. Or even play PokemonGo. Later during the day there are two exhibits they like go in and explore.You can bring a picnic lunch and eat under a canopy of trees. Wonderful place for families and this "elderly" (70+) lady to enjoy.
Word of caution: on event or game days it is very crowded and parking may be interesting. So come early on those days for your best experience.

One of the best parks I've even been to simply because it's typically clean, well maintained, and absolutely, positively devoid of another living human being. It's like some sort of public secret. Somehow this brilliant and beautiful park with awesome short hiking trails, clean restrooms, great play equipment for kids, and a well shaded easy to access location is seldomly ever used by the community. The park is well designed, well maintained, and generally the most one could ask for in a public park. It stays shady most of the day due to the low elevation, design, equipment, and proximity to a wooded area. Also has 4 Pokestops and 2 gyms on the shared site of the park and stadium for Pokemon Go players, which is a great spot to grind out events or every day playing. The park also contains a Pokemon nest in the game that changes spawns monthly, which is a great way to hunt shiny Pokemon and quickly level and evolve whatever the nest happens to be.

Rented the indoor facility as I have numerous times before. Everything went smoothly. Restrooms clean and fleshly stocked with paper goods, even left extras! My favorite venue to rent.

I love this park, I love the covered patio and there are many playgrounds to play on and my grandson loves going on the walking trail. Its so beautiful and peaceful.

My kids and my favorite part by far! Great for all ages. Decent bathrooms. Also it's amazing to see the airplanes take off and land!

This is an excellent park. I came to see the Crawdads stadium, but noticed how clean and well kept all of the area is. I walked in the park and admired the area. Excellent experience.

This park is amazing!!! With several different play areas as well as a grilling and picnic area there's a little something for everyone.

Great place to take the kids for a quick visit. Also great for parties.

Great playgrounds for all ages! Close to stadium parking. Gotta check out the history museum.

Winkler Park was a great park for me when I was a kid and I am so happy to be able to share the fun I had with my son!
