I called my favorite Cvs on 321 this afternoon and spoke personally with the pharmacist Matthew F. I asked Matthew if he would make a special accommodation for my mother who has dementia, and to administer her flu shot in the car. With no hesitation, Matthew said sure, and gave me instructions on how to proceed. Matthew was extremely gentle with my mother.
Our whole family has used Matthew personally for all of our vaccinations due to his outstanding customer service. We are grateful, and so appreciative of him, and his outstanding customer service and professional, and trustworthy caring pharmacist for our community.

Super friendly & helpful staff. Manager went above and beyond to assist with my purchase from Aetna OTC benefits catalog. He finally said I could take my items & he would get the register working and not keep me waiting. I was more than grateful.

We had a prescription sent for our son at 5:50ish. We got there at 5:56 hoping it would be done in the extremely small amount of time given as they close at 6:00. The prescription was done and waiting for us. I've never been to a pharmacy that works so fast.

The clerk was very nice and helpful and the store was clean. The parking lot was another story. Trash everywhere.

Went in to get a passport photo for me and my 2 kids. A woman took my photo and one of my sons photos. Someone went into the checkout line and she left us with one last picture to go to assist them. As she was finishing checking them out another one came and she assisted them as well and then another one... like clockwork as she finished that one another one came and again left us waiting. We had one picture left that would have taken less than two minutes to take. Please tell me what made us any less important. We ended up just walking out. I will have to make another trip for us to get our passport photos but I definitely will not be going there.

CVS EMPLOYEE THREATENS TO CALL POLICE ON CUSTOMER Today I had what was without a doubt the WORST customer service experience in my 50+ years. I went to CVS 321 Hickory today to pick up a prescription that I was told earlier in the day would be ready and also received a text msg stating the same. At the drive thru, the female pharmacy tech greeted me and proceeded to tell me in a matter of fact tone, that my prescription had been placed on hold today, in fact. When I questioned her she called the pharmacist over to clarify things for me. In his hand he presented two photo copies of the same prescription, telling me that there was a mistake that my dr. had given me the same prescription twice and only one could be filled and not until 2 more days. I conveyed to him that I had called and had rec'd a text and asked as to why no one called me to tell me my medication would not be ready. He had no answer. As I examined the copies he presented me, it was clear that copies were duplicates. This was clear even to my untrained eyes since the prescription number generated by the drs office was the same. I might mention the prescriptions were for the same drug name but one being XR and one being immediate release. I then asked the pharmacist to give me back the original prescriptions. He told me that they were filed and would have to be pulled and asked to move away from the drive thru. I responded by saying "No, I will just wait". A few minutes later, a female store employee opened the drive thru window and asked me to move, I told her I would just wait. She said, "ok, we will just call the police." My response was "Ok, fine." After approximately one hour sitting at the drive thru the pharmacist comes to the window and briefly attempts an apology stating that "you were right Ms. Long, there were two different scrips" My response was "that is exactly why I would not move from this spot." I asked him to give me the original scrips back, as he was pulling them from the system the female employee came back to the window, I remarked "this is why I would not move, I knew you all were wrong." She said, "I wasn't wrong". The pharmacist gave me my original prescriptions back and I left. I feel it important to say that this is by far, not the first time I have had similar experiences at this location. Once they filled a scrip for my son with the wrong mg medication which prompted his dr. to call them directly. My questions are this #1 since this med is a controlled substance what exactly was the intent for the second scrip that was floatly around undocumented and #2 what right did the female employee have to threaten me with police action when I was simply trying to recover my prescriptions and prove their error. Tell me what is wrong with this picture???

Just ran in for Clorox. No one in the store. Had to circle 2x and finally went to pharmacy to be checked out. Pharmacist was kicked back having a soda, but hey, at least she was at her post. Come on people, it's not that hard!

The actual pharmacy has very limited hours so if you are not sure when you can pick up your prescription find a pharmacy that is open all day maybe Walgreens or Walmart.

They answered the phone "hello" and the guy on the phone was pretty short and rude and just hung up on me
