Jordan is our favorite! My daughter tore a tendon in her hip and was referred to Jordan. She is amazing. She has done wonders for her. She has also helped her become a better athlete and taught her the correct way to use her body. Any one who needs physical therapy, Jordan is your girl! She is the best! Her and her staff are the sweetest. I would recommend them over and over again.

I have to take a moment to write this review, and give this business the immense credit it deserves. In today’s world, often times any type of dr’s office is a very unpleasant experience. These folks are bar none, the most friendly, patient, understanding, and phenomenal group of people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Hannah at the front desk is amazing, with both helpfulness and a very kind personal touch. She communicates, and her service is exceptional! Dr Carie explains things in grave detail, and her plans for your recovery, so you have clear understanding, and is so helpful. Thank you to both of these ladies for their strong efforts to make this experience extremely pleasant! 🙂5 stars all the way!!!

Jordan and Kelly are amazing PT. When I started PT 3 weeks ago I had significant sciatic nerve pain in my lower back down my leg. After working with them I have no pain today and am now able to do the things I could not only 3 weeks ago. I highly recommend PT solutions. Both Jordan and Kelly were able to explain the exercises and the science behind the exercise. They are very careful in the plans they create and tailor them specifically for your individual needs. They don’t push you to do things that won’t benefit you or your functional mobility. I will be coming back for maintenance PT.

The facility is well equipped, clean organized and the entire staff are very friendly and willing to accommodate your schedule with early morning and late evening hours.

Amazing place to have PT! From day one, they make you feel comfortable and relaxed. All the staff answered any questions that I had and helped me to understand what was going on after my shoulder surgery. Riley is great to work with. He is smart in his field and keeps the sessions interesting by asking questions and talking. The really nice thing is that they all will listen and modify your exercise program if you are having a hard time doing them. Highly recommend them!

Riley & Jordan are amazing - I could say so much but what it comes down to is that they have a great work ethic, a great sense of humor & are very knowledgeable in their fields. I have come such a long way with my overall health, flexibility & strength since starting with them at the beginning of this year - all thanks to these super heroes at PT Solutions/Arden! Oh, and it doesn’t stop there. The lovely ladies at the front desk are awesome as well!

Jordan is my daughter’s therapist and she is awesome!! She makes therapy like a fun game for her!! My daughter is 7 years old and can get bored easily and Jordan makes sure she makes it fun for her. It’s like a sport for my daughter because Jordan will also act like she competing with her so it becomes competitive between the two and they both have so much fun!! My daughters ankles, feet and hips have gotten so much better and stronger because of Jordan! She is an amazing therapist!! She’s a really big people person and always upbeat!! I’m so glad she’s my daughters therapist!

Absolutely love this PT Solutions! The staff is amazing - Bob and Taylor make every appointment enjoyable. I’ve been having hip problems for several years and have never been able to find a doctor or physical therapist who was able to truly figure out the issue. But after several months of appointments, Bob and Taylor have been able to help me get back to doing the things that I love without constant hip pain. I would absolutely recommend this place!

I am in my second round of visiting PT Solutions in the last year and I have had wonderful experiences both times. Bob and Taylor are great and make their work place a fun environment! They know their stuff and helped me get back to normal the first time I hurt my back. So, I didn't hesitate to call them when it happened again.

Jordan and the staff here are awesome! They listen to your needs in all avenues and try to work through your physical therapy experience along side you! Staff is super knowledgeable and take the time to discuss and make sure your plan is best for you, and that you understand clearly. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of pain relief!

I have been going to PT solutions for about 2.5 years to treat various issues, most recently Bell's Palsy and sciatica while pregnant. I have loved getting to know the PTs and receptionists over the years and I refer to them as my PT family. I look forward to going to PT each week (especially now "during covid" when my interactions with others are pretty limited) and truly enjoy talking with everyone who works there. Dr. Bob, Taylor, Travis, Riley, and Jordan, Jasmine, Kelly, and Shelley are all amazing people I have met over the last 2.5 years and they are the #1 reason why I keep coming back and strongly encourage others to go to this location when they are considering PT (they're also the only reason I feel like my Bell's Palsy has improved so significantly.... they have worked so hard to help my face heal!). My 3 month old son and my husband have also been patients of PT solutions and I am so happy to know my family is in such great hands with them!! :)

The whole team at this location, from administration to clinician, is top notch! A perfect mix of personal and professional. They foster a great healing environment and take time to personalize your treatment plan to get you back to life and sports!

The folks at PT Solutions in Arden, NC, have been terrific! So welcoming and easy to work with. Travis has been so helpful and I appreciate the encouragement, clear instructions and solid information.

Came in because of an unexpected condition and was surprised that PT was the solution. And it was. I spent three sessions working with Riley on my issue and it was fantastic. Very devoted and energetic staff made the whole experience fun and fulfilling. I will deff come back to them...If I have to 😛
