If I could add more stars I definitely would! The office is always very neat and clean, they never seem to leave you waiting long. The staff are super friendly and calming. I detest the dentist most times and had to have 14 teeth extracted and dentures put in. I was seriously losing sleep over it. They gave me something to calm me and it really helped me relax and Dr Morris is a jewel of a dentist and his assistant was absolutely a sweetheart. He made sure I was numbed up and kept asking if I was ok and his assistant was great at keeping me calm and blew air over my forehead during the shots which was very comforting. He did a fantastic job on the shots which are my least favorite part. I barely felt them even on the top! You guys get an A+++++ in my book. Thank you for making a scary process so much easier. You guys are wonderful! I know where my new dental home will be. Will be recommending you all to everyone! I also want to add that my temporary dentures are very nice. They look good and function well for me so far. I'm very happy with my experience this far. They must have an amazing dental tech doing the dentures.

Nobody wants to go to the dentist but having to go turned out to be a positive experience.

Dr. Morris, Joy, Candice, Jen and all the staff were outstanding. So friendly and kind. Everything was so in order. So thankful I decided to go to Aspen Dental. This will be my forever place for my Dental needs.

My experience at Aspen Dental was excellent. The staff were competent, well trained, yet conversational, Dr. Ayala explained things clearly and understandably. From the moment I walked in the door to the goodbyes, I received nothing less than excellent, professional treatment. The practice manager, Nikki went out of her way to personally speak to me. Meggan the treatment plan coordinator made sure I had all the information needed to make informed decisions regarding my dental care. I have dentist fear and Kaley and Dr. Ayala worked to insure that I was comfortable and always knew what to expect during my visit. I'm glad I chose Aspen for my dental care.

Been here twice since my dentist of 20 years retired.. polite staff, two extractions, one being an emergency and they fitted me in an hour after I called…both experiences were extremely pleasant despite my loathing extractions but I was surprised by how painless, efficient and polite everyone was…..plus compared to the past I found them to be very affordable, highly recommend!

Friendly staff and clean establishment. I got reminder calls about my up coming appointment. Quick exam and nice dentist.

It was extremely delightful, pleasant to be around all the members of Aspen. I was treated well under the beginning right to the end. It was truly a great experience.

So this is mostly embarrassing for me, but I assume others are in a similar boat and I want to offer some encouragement if I can.

I hadn't been to the dentist (for cleanings, check-ups, x-rays, anything) in over 10 years. I knew I'd have some major issues and was ashamed for putting it off for so long. I'm also incredibly claustrophobic, so the thought of multiple people hovering around my face while I can't move or breathe normally is ... less than pleasant.

Any who, after months of insistence, my wife made an appointment for me at Aspen Dental of Hendersonville. To say I was nervous and anxious would be underselling the point. I REALLY did not want to go. The pain. The shame. The fear of the unknown. The cost. Etc.

Fortunately, Aspen of HVL put all of my fears at ease INSTANTLY. EVERYONE at Aspen HVL is INCREDIBLE. The receptionists, the x-ray techs, the hygienist, the dentist, the office manager, and every single person in between—all of them are warm and friendly and personable and patient and understanding. They walked me through each and every detail, kindly explaining things as they went, and laid out options and next steps for me without being condescending or judgmental or pushy.

From scheduling appointments, to getting evaluated, to discussing financing options and beyond, the folks at Aspen HVL treat you like an actual person first and a dental patient second.

I can't stress enough how badly I did not want to come in. I was terrified at what 10+ years of neglect had caused. And though I'm now working through some of those consequences (two cavities, deep cleanings, root canal), I'm not nearly as worried or overwhelmed as I was beforehand—all thanks to the team at Aspen HVL.

If you're like me, and you've put off going to the dentist for far too long, or you're fearful and anxious about going in, I can't recommend Aspen HVL highly enough. I've already been to their office about half a dozen times (in roughly two months) and I have another half a dozen more appointments with them in the coming months. If they can kindly walk me through correcting more than a decade of neglect, they can help you through whatever you've got going on. The first appointment is the hardest. Then it's all uphill from there!

Great experience, first time there. Everyone was very polite and helpful with what I wanted to know. Let you know what needs to be done and charts out a plan for you.

They are the BEST helping me get through a rough time. I was in domestic violence 15 years ago and he knocked out my tooth. today I had I finally closed that book and I am gonna burn it. My tooth is gorgeous and I feel sooo happy to have this behind me. I enclosed a before and after.
Every single person there treats you like family and their work is by far the best I’ve ever seen!

Aspen dental is a friendly state of the art practice. I was very impressed. The staff was great.

Everyone was very nice and the dental team explained each step before the procedures, very happy with my results and couldn't ask for a better team to take care of you. From the receptionist to the dentist I had a good experience and I'm usually very nervous about going to the dentist but they made me feel right at home. I look forward to continuing using them as my dentist from now on. Thank you everyone

All I can say is the whole personnel were extremely patient and comforting to me, I have walked out of several offices due to fear, they went above and beyond, ty for making me feel safe, will be back again
