I don't normally write reviews but this team 100% deserves one. I own and run a small business and I have been going to this staples for the past year for all my business prints and paper products and they have been SO helpful and honestly just amazing. The labels I use are very specific and have minute details when it comes to ordering and printing (I know it is a bit of a hassle for them) but every time I come in, they are always so welcoming and happy to help! They are also honest, and really try hard to meet the needs of the customers. Out of all the Staples I have been to, this one is the best solely because of the team that works there. BIG thank you to John and Kiersten and everyone else that has helped!

This staples is a part of our monthly routine on Hendersonville appointment days. We love the kids sensory, crafting and storage area. This was not something I ever associated staples with but have always gotten my office supplies here. My six year old plans what she’s going to get each month we are there for the next month and gets super excited.

Bonus for this trip! I didn’t realize staples did passport photos and saw a sign on the way in-which was on my to do list to renew my daughters passport. The general manager was exceptionally knowledgeable about the requirements for passport photos and was very personable and kind to me and my kiddo as always. And we got a cute kids suitcase for her to travel with plus 20% off for getting our passport photos done there yay!!!! 🥰

We also love this store because of how friendly the staff are.

I dealt with Kiersten at Staples in Hendersonville and was SO pleased. She went out of her way to help me with processing photos for my Aunt's funeral. Professional, thorough AND kind? Unheard of these days, but she nailed it. Give that girl a raise! Thanks Kiersten.

Had a great experience at this location! I traveled from another city because I heard this Staples does great work and was not disappointed. I was helped by Adena in the print department and she was simply amazing. She was friendly, skilled and did such a great job on my business cards. Thank you again for taking such good care of me!!!

I cannot say enough good about this Store. I have been so many times, they never fail to help me or find someone that can. John gives the very best Customer Service. The whole team are amazing. Service after the sale is just as awesome. I was having trouble with a excel form and his team didn't disappoint. My form is fixed and it was a user error. But, they where able to figure it out. Do yourself a favor and shop here. You will not regret it.

Went in to get Business Cards and Customer Service was great! Very friendly and welcoming! Even made sure they looked perfect to my liking! Didn’t get a name but he was great!

Store manager, John is a true GEM! He managed to help me (with an insignificant purchase) all while helping two other customers AND responding to a false fire alarm! He was kind and patient and even downloaded the Staples app on my phone and gave me my ink discount even though it had expired. My advice to STAPLES…keep this guy on your team, he is a true asset! Refreshing!

I had my sons birthday invitations printed here. This was such an amazing experience. Kiristen in the printing department was so helpful and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional customer service. Thank you so much!!

I use the Hendersonville, NC store for printing for my business very often. I have only had one instance where the printing was incorrect, and a solution was found by Cassie. When I arrived to pick up my order, Cassie noticed it was not correct (it was executed by someone else). She offered to reprint it by the next day, but I would be on a plane at 6 am the next day to Fort Myers. We worked to find a Staples in Fort Myers and she transferred the order there. The order was complete when I arrived at the Fort Myers store at 10:30 am the next day. Andrew at the Fort Myers store was awesome, so positive and personable! Kudos to Cassie and Andrew!!

Derick at the Hendersonville NC store was very knowledgeable and professional! Most importantly patient with the purchase of a brand new laptop and printer along with other accessories. The service Derick tech service supervisor provided was exceptional he definitely went over and beyond to help me look and purchased what I needed. I had a list of places I was going to go which included Walmart and Best Buy I so much homework that was due that same night and finding a good computer wasn’t going to be easy but thanks to the wonderful service by Derick, going to those other store was not necessary! With the pandemic and everyone being short staffed seemed that customers service is no longer a priority but that was not the case at this Staples store! Once again thank you Derick so very much for wonderful service! Almost for got to mention that he even loaded my car with all my purchases!

Staples copy center went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. I'd give them more stars if I could. Shout out to John O. and Adena A. They took a custom, tedious task and made it look flawless. They definitely made my day!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

This was the second time I have gone to the print shop and had Jessica. Jessica is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and most importantly very patient. Both times I thought my project was ready to be printed and was wrong and she patiently helped me to complete the project. Very thankful for such a wonderful encounter every time.

I dropped by to get quick copies of my wedding renewal program on red paper on Feb 10th. The guy in the copy shop (sorry, can't remember his name -- lost my receipt) behind the counter made my experience pleasant and efficient. Thanks for a job well done. I meant to post this at the customer review area, but I don't have my receipt any more. Please acknowledge this copy team -- they have been helpful to me over the years more than once. Really pleasant.

Was there early wed mng, Hendersonville NC store, it took forever for someone to help me, only to leave me standing there to go help someone else, I left without the merchandise I came to purchase. The employees there were very rude, I'll NEVER do business with that store again!

The employee that assisted me is nicknamed Icy. She went above and beyond to complete my printing order. She was able to upgrade my business card in a timely fashion. She was friendly and courteous. Great job Icy.

The staff here is just the best. We use materials requiring text and graphics and print them here. The staff, especially Delena, guide us through each project with speed and ease. The store is well lighted and well stocked. Highly recommend this Staples.

There was some miscommunication with my order but the person behind the desk went above and beyond making it right. No complaints for me. This place is great.

We recently purchased a printer at the Hendersonville Staples store. The sales associate Amy W was extremely helpful--very knowledgeable. She gave us the information needed to make a decision about what type of printer to purchase. She answered all of our questions. The total experience was handled expertly by the sales associate. My husband and I were hoping to take a survey to share about our experience, but were unable to do so as the survey code had an expiration date (our mistake). We definitely would return to the Hendersonville Staples store! Amy W is the best!

Staples is an office and gadget wonderland. The latest stuff. Great range of selection. Decent quality and prices. If you need any thing office, techno, printing, paper, desk's, chairs, ink ect... the list goes on. They have it. Great location, well run, the go to office outlet.
