Brandon M. Helped me pick out the Maggie collection set of couches for my new living room. He even went in depth with explaining the warranty information and making sure I understood exactly how to use the warranty I was purchasing. Brandon treated me right and gave me a super fair price and got me in and out to fit my busy schedule! Definitely will be doing more business with him!!

Kyle was a great help to me! Dealt with my color indecision shenanigans, offered sensible alternatives and similar products, and was very friendly and approachable. I also appreciated that he permitted me the space to think and didn't hover while I was exploring my options! It made the atmosphere more inviting and I wasn't feeling pressured into a rushed decision, or left feeling annoyed or resentful. As a whole, the staff in general was welcoming and did not seem to be desperate, which can drive customers away!

The pictures below detail what I purchased and I was very pleased with what I left with! Overall, there is a very wide selection of furniture, ranging across all kinds of styles. If you are not satisfied with what's found in-store, there's even more to be found online they can connect you with!

There are also great financing options to be found here through Synchrony, which to my knowledge are unmatched by any other furniture stores in the area. They also offer a comprehensive protection plan, which is a must, especially if you have kids or pets, or move a lot (in the US).

Store was nice and sales staff was professional. Alice was our sales person and she was excellent! Can't say enough about her job performance. She took her time with us and showed us many options. Answered all of our questions and is absolutely the reason for my 5 star ranking. Buying furniture is usually like buying a used car. But not with Alice! She went way above and beyond to show us all of our options and to help us decide what we really wanted and needed. Outstanding job and we will certainly being using Ms. Alice again in the near future.

My recent experience at Ashley Furniture was nothing short of fantastic. Brandon M was eager to assist me in finding the perfect pieces for my home. The showroom was well-organized, making it easy to browse through the wide selection of furniture options. He was patient and helpful, answering all my questions and providing valuable insights into the various products. What stood out to me the most was his commitment to customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my experience!

Me and my wife were looking for weeks at new furniture. We finally ran into the best salesman. Brandon N @ Ashley was amazing. He helped us make a decision finally!! He was knowledgeable, had a great personality and not pushy. We will definitely use him again.

Best experience at a furniture store EVER! The simple fact that Brandon greeted me as soon as I walked in, asked me if I knew what I was looking for or if I needed assistance. Once I told him I knew what I was looking for but wanted to look around a bit. Not once did he bug me! He simply sat back and waited until I made a complete round of the store and then approached me. I have left stores before in the middle of looking around because someone was constantly bugging me every time I turned around! Thank you Brandon for the great experience and how smoothly you made the whole process!

Everyone at this store is friendly and professional. This facility itself is very clean and relaxing with no rush or push to get your money. The sales personnel were polite and very accommodating, answering all our questions and requests. It took us a couple of visits to finally determine which couch and loveseat set we wanted but they understood and worked with us and came through with an amazing price. We appreciated everything that Deb and Brandon did for us.

I had a great experience at the store on Harbison Blvd in Columbia, SC. Alice Barnes couldn't have been more helpful with the whole process. She answered all of my questions and helped me find the new furniture that was just right for my home. I look forward to enjoying all of it when it arrives, and I have no doubt that "Employee of the Year" nominee is making that happen. Would absolutely recommend.

Troy took such good care of my 83 year old mom and myself tonight. We were looking for a lift chair. He was so patient, polite, amiable and fun. He made buying the chair a pleasant experience. They even had a wheelchair for mom since she has trouble walking long distance. We highly recommend Ashley Furniture and Troy for your furniture shopping needs!

A very delightful experience my husband and I had with the salesman Lance. He is very knowledgeable about the furniture. Lance not only sold us on furniture we experienced the Temperpedic products. The Ashley representatives/salesperson were very welcoming and friendly. I recommend everyone should have the Ashey experience.

There is such a wide selection of everything! I snagged some great deals on mantle and wall decor! Edward was also very helpful guiding us through the process and helping up find what we were looking for.

We were able to come in to Ashley furniture and find exactly what we were looking for. We were taken to a few different options for a 6 piece dining table set. Susie was the associate who show us the options. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Once we selected our table. Troy (supervisor) informed us about the diamond care program and how important adding protection on our furniture. Troy helped us to get a deal on our furniture with the diamond care package. Jon was very helpful throughout the entire process of picking out a new bedroom set. I greatly recommend asking for him!

Chad was AMAZING and helped me find the recliner that I needed after I had back surgery. He was professional, not pushy, and listened to my needs closely. If you need anything furniture wise be sure to ask for Chad!

Want to give a shout out to Alice for all her help with my father and me buying a new chair lift recliner. I am so relived to have her help us as her own husband has one. A stressful situation was made easier by her assisting us. She was patient and kind to us as we viewed them and asked multiple questions along with listening to my dad tell the same story a few times. Thank you so much!!

After weeks and weeks of looking, I found my most perfect couch at Ashely on Harbison. I didn’t know anyone there so I was randomly assigned a salesperson to help me, and I really got lucky on this one. Chad was the best! He went above and beyond to help me make my choices on how to configure this dream couch, very patiently measuring everything 2-3 times for me, as I kept trying different combinations. (Modular sectional) He never seemed anything but happy to do that for me, and we all know (as women), how quickly they can run out of patience with us when it comes to those kinds of things. Lol. Then, he helped me get the very best price available, looking at different price combinations. The only issue I had was with delivery, and even though it was not part of his job anymore, once Chad found out about the trouble I was having, he stepped in and handled that for me as well, staying in communication with me all along, and I never had to make a call or contact anyone else about it. He took care of everything.

I seriously can’t say enough to explain how above and beyond he went to make sure everything was just right and to ensure that Ashley furniture was a place I would want to do business with again. Highly recommend!!

Came to Ashley looking for a new sectional and Lance greeted me at the door. He was super chill and gave me all the info I needed to get started. Once we narrowed it down he gave me a great deal, and it’s getting delivered this week. He also showed me one of the new tempurpedic mattresses that will keep me 10 degrees cooler at night. I’m such a hot sleeper, I had to jump on this too. Better yet, he gave me 5 years 0% interest on the mattress. Highly recommend you ask for Lance. He’s the best!!

We came in today with our daughter to find a couch and were warmly greeted by Kyle. He knew exactly where to find what we needed and was available when we had questions while giving us plenty of time and space. We are very happy with our purchase (a reclining sofa and diamond warranty). After our purchase we wanted to look at mattresses to plan for our next upgrade and he even came and helped us just plan for the future! Whole store is wonderfully lit, designed, and run.

Working with Alice was a customer service dream!! She was extremely knowledgeable about every piece of furniture and mattress that I looked at and answered all of my questions completely. Alice made certain that I got the best price possible and she also worked with my schedule to ensure that my items would be delivered quickly. I was so impressed that I brought my daughter back a week later and purchased a sectional from Alice as a Christmas present for my daughter. I highly recommend Alice!! I feel like I have made a lifelong friend!!
