Office staff was very nice and was able to work me in as a new patient to address my needs. The front office administrators were very nice and efficient. There was little to no wait time before I was called back. The assistant was kind, knowledgeable and helpful in assessing my immediate issues. The doctor was prompt, professional, and had amazing bedside manner! He explained my options and made sure to answer any and all questions and concerns before performing the needed treatment. He was beyond gentle and made every effort to communicate with me throughout the procedure to make sure I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. The treatment was completed very quickly and I was on my out the office with all needed materials to aid in my recovery. I would highly recommend this office for your dental needs!

Had a wonderful experience here. The dentist and hygienist were very kind and professional. I felt seen, heard, and valued as a patient. I would definitely recommend this center. From booking the appointment to the actual procedure my anxiety about going to the dentist was put at ease.

I used to suffer from severe dental anxiety, to the point where I would have nightmares the night before and even after my dental appointments. However, my experience at Columbia Dental Health Center has completely changed that. Unlike my previous dentist, this is the only dental place where I feel comfortable and at ease. The staff, including Dr. Carr and his team, have been incredibly understanding and compassionate. They not only provide excellent dental care, but they also take the time to ask and remember personal details about me, which makes me feel valued as a patient.

During my last extraction, I was pleasantly surprised by how calm and relaxed I felt. The team at Columbia Dental Health Center truly listens to my concerns and fears, as they pay attention when I raise my hand with a thumbs up or down to indicate my comfort level. After the procedure, I didn't experience any negative emotions or discomfort. In fact, my mouth feels great, with minimal swelling. I am truly grateful to have found an orthodontist that works for me at Columbia Dental Health Center. Thank you so much for providing such exceptional care and helping me overcome my dental anxiety.

I must say I never had a good experience with a dentist office until today!! Everyone at Columbia Dental Health Clinic was and is AMAZING!!! From the time I walked through the door they were all very friendly and helpful! I had the privilege of seeing Dr Holt and his assistant Kayleigh! I can’t say enough nice things about these two!!! As I am sure everyone else is just as nice!! But I must say Dr Holt is the most gentle and compassionate dentist I have ever dealt with!!! I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!!! Thank you so much Columbia Dental Health Clinic for taking such great care of me today and making this dental visit the BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! 👍❤

Amazing patient care. Very thorough and was patient with answering all my questions. I had to have three of my back teeth removed and didn’t feel any pain. Highly recommended!

I would definitely recommend! I took my daughter there to have all four of her wisdom teeth extracted. She has a huge fear of the dentist. The staff was absolutely amazing, caring and super friendly. I'm actually going back for myself.

The front desk associates are polite & professional. The dentist was extremely friendly, helpful, & insightful. He made sure that I understood everything that was going to take place & my procedure was painless. I highly recommend!

Dr. Cain is absolutely amazing and his bedside manner is superb. My daughter came in today to have several teeth extracted and he made use both feel so comfortable. He had my daughter and I laughing the entire time. They treat you like family. I can’t remember his nurses name that was in the room with us but she is so sweet and she genuinely cares about the patients as well as Dr. Cain.

Took my step daughter here to have her wisdom teeth extracted. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. This was her first time ever having an extraction therefore she was very nervous. The dental assistant Anthony was so helpful.. he made sure she understood the procedure, what to expect and the options we had. He Made the both of us feel very comfortable. And threw in some occasional jokes.. (which really helped) The Dentist that preformed the extraction “Dr.Coleman” was Awesome ..with her having ALL four wisdom teeth extracted!! We opted out of being put to sleep for the procedure but did choose mild sedation.. she felt little to nothing during the procedure which I was allowed to be present for due to her being 17. it didn’t take long at all..2nd day and she’s only having some mild discomfort. (Which would be expected) I would definitely recommend this office to others

Dr. Cain and his team are great, friendly and caring. The music vibe was very soothing for a person who can be anxious. I have definitely been singing my praises to coworkers and friends.

Dr. Subbuth, and his nurse, was extremely professional. Dr. Subbuth, as he begin his oral surgery on me he explained everything as he went along. I was so pleased and happy to know that I was in good care with Columbia Dental Health Center. I do recommend anyone that are having dental problems with your wisdom teeth to please see these great doctors and nurses at Columbia Dental Health Center my experience there was great.Dr.Subbuth, thank you for an excellent job doing surgery no pain nor complications thank you for a great job alone with your professional nurse! Thank you, you guys are the best!

This was the best dental practice I have ever visited. The staff is so friendly, it's extremely clean, and efficient. I went in for an X-ray that resulted in a pretty rough removal of a couple of wisdom teeth. The process was easy, and the staff was just amazing and helped ease any concerns. After care rundown by my dental assistant was great. The dentist that did the extraction was kind, patient, and concerned. Absolutely stellar customer service.. 100/10

Very professional knowing how to make the patient feel comfortable who is nervous about getting anything done in your mouth they were very patient and I just love their personality and the place is very clean and well run and I want to thank them very much!!!

At first I didn't know what to expect but I'm so glad my dentist referred me. My surgery went well and the staff was very hospitable. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking to get some dental work done. I'm very well pleased!

absolutely amazing doctor g and brandon made me feel very comfortable they numbed me very well before taking out 5 teeth! they made accommodations to my preferred medicine and really helped me out

Dr. Coleman was the absolute best!! He helped my son through the process of getting all four of his wisdom teeth removed. He was patient with him and his needs as well as making sure I was okay.

They did great very experienced group of people had 5 teeth removed that day was nervous at first they made me feel so comfortable and i didnt feel any pain during the extraction. I would like to personally thank them alot for turning a scary experience into a walk in the park.

First dental visit in 20 years, Anthony made me feel safe and taken care of, get that man a raise. I was so nervous I forgot my doctors name but he was excellent, fast and painless. Will gladly be returning.
