Always clean and staff is always nice. I would suggest more young boys' clothes. Every time we come in to shop for my 8 years old there is just a lot of active wear. Sometimes I need more dressed up clothes for an important occasion. Not the store itself fault but rather a corporate one. Jewelry is beautiful, and bedding is great as there is a wide selection. It is a great place for teenagers to buy trendy clothes.I never miss out on purchasing a plushie for $5 at the register.

I love Kohls! My favorite is the Lexington store! Merchandise like a big department store but smaller! Name brands like Nike Champion Umbro Adidas! You can shop for everyone and for your home! The big ➕ is KOHL'S CASH! YOU GET MONEY BACK TO USE LATER! My favorite go-to store!

Returns for Amazon are a breeze and you usually get a coupon. Their seasonal finds are awesome and if you are savvy the sales can be quite good

EDIT... .Spent 900$ here only to return home with security tags on multiple items needed for school. Living 45 minutes away, I was not happy. Once I got to the store, a cashier(appeared to be a manager) apologized repeatedly, was super sweet, and even gave me a coupon for an extra 30% off and 10 dollars Kohls cash. This is why I love this store!!!! She deserves a raise for her customer service. I was not angry. It was just an inconvenience, but she made sure to make it right!!!

I had an Amazon return to drop off. I was in an out within 5 minutes. I had zero wait at customer service. The associate back there was quick and took care of everything on their end. I presented the return label codes and that was it. The store appeared clean.

Kohl's has the look of a mall department store, but it's a stand-alone building, and because it has so much variety, it's like its own mall.

My Granddaughter and I had a ball shopping. The selection was good for her and you had her sizes. I was hoping to be able to get a new bathing suit that I so desperately needed and even though they were on the clearance rack I was able to find a good selection and bought a few of them. This has always been my store to shop in whether in the building itself or online.
The only thing that if it could have been changed was to be able to try on what we were thinking of buying but understandable on why we couldn't.
I love the Dollar Back deal and gave what I received back to my Granddaughter so that she could purchase some additional items when the time comes.
All in all we had a wonderful day and time shopping.

Well organized! Easy to find what you're looking for. Sizes are grouped together as they should be. Dressing rooms are clean and hygienic. Employees seem happy and are very friendly and helpful! Great QUALITY merchandise. Clothing is cut well and fits well.
