The entire staff are very friendly and helpful. Purchased a TV on New Year’s Day with great recommendations from the sales staff; picked it up 3 days later with fantastic service and conversation from the front staff.

This is THE best buy in town. They have slightly more than the other best buys in town, and I am especially happy with certain departments in there, namely the audiophiles in the back, with helping me with my decision on my hi-fi headphones.

They have a great return policy and always puts the customer first, from here and there. I always have great experiences with their geek squad as well!

I haven't been there in years. But we were able to find what we were looking for. The sales associate went out of their way to help us find an item, and was very nice. I would recommend going there.

Always love a visit to Best Buy. Bought an on sale printer for 49 w 6 free months of ink (well $5 a month ink subscription required but I will cancel the subscription at the end of 6 months). Pretty special! Think i will make money on this deal!

Been to this store a few times and I have to say the customer service for the most part is above satisfactory. Haven't had a bad experience here since I began going.

I have visited this location too many times to count over the last 10 years. The store is always clean, stocked, and staffed. I was able to go right to the section that I needed and find the product I was looking for. Before I was able to leave the section, an employee approached me and asked if they could help me find anything. Once I let them know I was good, they left me alone to finish my shopping! I appreciate that, especially. Checkout was quick and the overall experience was positive. Thank you for keeping up your high standard.

Terrance was incredibly helpful and fast. I was agitated after setting up my tv and realizing the tv legs were missing and calling customer service didn’t resolve the issue, however, Terrance asked what I was looking for and located legs that would work for my new Samsung right away. I always experience good service at this Best Buy ever since it opened. You will have similar good service if you are knowledgeable, use online purchasing and pick up, and have some patience if they are busy. Be kind.
