Publix Super Market at Columbiana Station

Amazing time and amazing butcher. The older gentleman was super helpful and was extremely knowledgeable and we appreciate him helping us navigate how big the cuts of meat needed to be for what we wanted. Here is a photo of us trying to figure out how thick we wanted our steaks.

I give every single Publix a five star rating based simply on how FRIENDLY their staff is. Every cashier is friendly, every stocker is super helpful, and the stores are always clean. I recently had occasion to utilize the catering department (Shana was amazing!!) for my son’s birthday and again, very friendly, helpful, and delivered exactly what I wanted!

I'm not reviewing their food court, their prices, or their products. I'm reviewing their customer service. Most publix stores I go into the employees are super friendly. I showed up relatively late, and Walmart denied me from buying stamps to send a letter. I will say the price was higher than Walmart, but at Walmart they told me no, I can't buy stamps. Publix told me that I could absolutely buy stamps until they close. I needed them badly. They have higher prices, but sometimes it's worth paying a few extra dollars to get treated correctly. They treat you amazingly at publix. Thank you to the employee who helped me tonight.

This was a great experience! They made my son's cake for his 9th birthday. It was delicious, ready on time and the sweet lady who took care of us at catering was simply wonderful.

Nice place to shop. I usually shop at wholefood type of stores but this is my go to store when I need a few things quickly. Nice shopping environment. It is always clean. I can usually find everything I’m looking for. This store has a nice section of organic foods. I don’t usually buy from their meat section as I buy my meats from a local farmer and my seafood from a local fish monger. But I highly recommend this store. They have a variety of good options

Publix is always organized, clean, n well stocked. Clean n clear price tags help shoppers manage their spending before going to cashier. It is always pleasant to shop at Publix

I love Publix's. The quality of their products is like no other. I went to get my son a cake for his birthday. Like always, they delivered a fresh moist cake that didn't last through the party it was so good.

The staff here knew we were looking for a specific item just by the look on our faces. The staff then reached out to us and helped without being prompted. Great customer service here.

Great overall experience. I went there to get a pub sub and it was worth the wait. The lady Jessica was the one making my sub and she's super friendly even while being swamped with orders.

I got the jerk turkey with Swiss, Chipotle mayo, tomato, lettuce, and banana peppers. I like it a lot. I think I should've went with regular mayo since the Chipotle mayo was overpowering the rest of the items.

Great selection! The produce is always fresh and the flowers are beautiful! The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. This store is clean and well kept.

I love this Publix. It's clean it's big and it's beautiful. I can find items here that other Publix don't have. The pharmacy techs are kind and helpful.

I have never had a bad experience shopping at this location, on Harbison. It is always very clean and the staff are very friendly.

It's Publix. There is a certain expectation you have no matter where you go anywhere in the country for these stores. This one doesn't let you down. It's always clean, staff is always friendly, and they are always stocked. The seafood and meat department are always willing to help you any way they can. The deli employees are super friendly and are always courteous regardless of how busy they are. The cashier's always have a smile and are positive. It's my favorite store period

Went in for the acclaimed "pub sub" and was not disappointed. Service was a bit slow but they were busy so understandable.

Great selection of meat, and the meat dept manager is very friendly and helpful.
