Good selection, organized. They carry gift cards for all kinds of places. Not sure that I've noticed that before.

Ok everyone. The store is under New Management The new management is weeding out all of the bad and we are trying to bring good to the store. The store is yes a very hot mess right now and the inventory is not out on the floor however I as the merchandise manager and I'm trying my very best to get all of this taken care of which means that working midnight shifts is what I will do be doing My employees walked out on me I'm not sure why All I can think of is that maybe because I'm a new manager and at this point they had to actually work when I came in I don't know I am I am trying to hire however since I don't have the employees I am taking up all of the work and putting it all on my shoulder switch I have no problem with because getting the store in order for you as my customers is all I am thinking about once more my apologies for the store being a mess but I am trying my very best to get it in order and I will get it in order I just asked for everyone's patience in this and I thank you all for being loyal customers You all mean the world to me as well as the new management here at the Dollar Tree on Harbison Thank you

I don’t know his name but whoever was running the register around 10am on 3/18/22 was seriously fantastic. I had a big purchase for my company and I had two carts full. Not only was he super fast but he held onto my cart and transferred all my items for me into a different cart as well. He was so incredibly friendly. He welcomed me in with a smile and was so so sweet. He deserves some recognition! Thank you for your excellent customer service!

I am a regular shopper at this store and I have to say something has changed in the last couple of weeks. It is much cleaner and brighter. The shelves are well stocked and the cashiers are friendly. It feels like a great darkness has been vanquished and sent back to the pit where it belongs. I’m sure this has nothing to do with the old store manager Kim leaving. No sir, no coincidence there, oh well. 5 star service at this dollar tree.

The customer service here was truly great, especially considering it's the holiday season. They were in the process of restocking shelves so it was a bit of a maze but that's completely understandable. Their front store sign wasn't on when I went but I'm sure that was a fluke. Overall, love Dollar Tree stores & this location is worth a stop.

When I visit Columbia, this store never fails to be a good experience. The staff is limited so the stock is not always filled but the workers are pleasant and friendly, always hard working.

Store was clean and shelves were stocked. Alot of Easter decorations ,candy and lil toys as well. Carrying alot more than they used to.Way to many things to list.

BALLING Dollar Tree. Seems to carry a little more than most of the other locations. And true to form and the spirit of universal wonder, this is an actual dollar store. Where, legit, a single dollar will buy any item they have for sale. Wish it was illegal for the other chains to use the D word in their names. Damn liars.

Have you ever given 5 stars for bad service? I guess the opening hours are just for show not really for the store to be open
