I visited this dealership on this past Saturday, 2/24/2024 and I was really feeling nervous about buying another car since I am a female and had very bad experiences in the past.
As I walked in everyone was very friendly and greeted you. I spoke with the kind lady and the front desk, told her I want only a female sales person.
My wish was granted! I then met Jackie, she was so sweet and listened to me when I told her what my car payment budget needed to be. She immediately made me feel like she for sure can make it happen! She found me a car within my payment budget! Not only that, Jackie found a car that was extremely sleek looking, very loaded with all the bells and whistles, leather seats, sunroof and much more! The
year of this car is a 2019 with only 54k miles on it!!!
Jackie was a certainty a blessing to me!! She will do everything she can to help her customers and treat you well as if you are just like a family member!’ She is so easy to talk too and so positive! Active Duty and recently needed to lease a vehicle. Wanted to find something reliable and worth investing. After doing a lot of research and comparison decided to go with Jeep for our specific lifestyle and needs. I would like to especially thank Emmanuel Funches as he stayed late and took care of my wife and I. He helped us lease a brand new 2024 Jeep Wrangler and get a solid deal. Knowledgeable and very personable and greatly appreciate him taking care of us and keeping an easy line of communication throughout the whole process.

My first experience with this dealership was very good I checked in online for express service for an oil change and rotation of my tire I walked in and was greeted very nicely by my service rep Antwan. He was very polite and helpful to let me know they would give me a call when my vehicle was ready. They also sent me a text right after leaving to allow me to ask any questions while I waited for the service to be done. I will definitely be returning for future service work.

My name is Angerica- I just purchased my first car here today and my dealer was Jared Seigler. Who by the way is younger than me by 2 years. I had doubts coming into this dealership but he made the process so much easier. He worked with my numbers and did not make me feel like I was being “ cheap”, he related with me & told me about his first purchase with a car and reassured me that everything was going to be good. I kept negotiating and he was here for me during that process. I was able to actually speak to the manager as well who also reassured me about the price I’m getting. If you do not get a good dealer the process will be really bad. So I appreciate this and recommend coming here , especially for your new car & first purchase.

The whole process was fast and very professional, the great thing was the majority was done over the phone. My Auto Sales Representative was Mr. Ryan Stukes when I got to the dealership there were no surprises everything was just how we discussed over the phone everyone with whom I spoke was very thorough the whole process was very pleasant. I would recommend anyone to come here, you definitely won't regret it.

I stopped at JT’s after going car searching all over the place and not finding what I wanted. I didn’t know what to expect but I took the stop and I must say, best decision ever. I purchased my 2023 jeep compass from here and one of coolest things was not only my car but how amazing the staff and the customer service from everyone from here was. My service advisor Tim Williams was very professional, courteous, and straightforward. I appreciate him. I suspected that I had an exhaust leak and wanted to get it checked out before the warranty ended. I did have one and it was fixed and I appreciate it.

Great Service. Antwan was helpful and courteous. Was in and out with the Jeep Wave, oil change, tire rotation, inspection. It all about timing. If you go during slow times it takes less than 30 minutes. Keep up the great service.

Jennifer Morris is the absolute best service advisor that I have ever worked with. She always takes care of my needs and ensures that the job is done right.
