Eugenia is 5 star!!! and her staff is excellent too. I started going to Alamo Ranch Pharmacy and Wellness for a compounded pet med about 3 years ago, and now I give them my business every chance I get. Eugenia knows pharmacy. She is extremely helpful. She gets to know her customers and is old fashioned NICE.

I rated this place lower before, but I have totally changed my mind. If I could figure out how to change or delete the previous review, I would. I believe my previous experience was an exception. Since then. I had to go back for a special prescription and have now been 4 additional times. The staff has been wonderful!

Love this pharmacy. Such a personalized experience. There's no doubt, Dr. Eugenia cares for each customer who walks thru the door. I love that there is an on-site NP.

This is the only pharmacy I've been able to locate in the entire area that is willing and able to compound my medication from scratch to ensure I'm not additionally suffering from allergic reactions every time I have to ingest necessary medication. Additionally, the staff knows me and my family by name and sight, and know exactly what I'm allergic to without consulting any documentation. I feel like the pharmacist values me personally and I obviously trust the staff at Alamo Ranch Pharmacy and Wellness with my life, my health, and my comfort.

Eugenia and her staff are amazing. You feel as part of her family. She is honest, considerate, and interested in the best care for you and your family. Will be staying here as long as we live in San Antonio.

Ms. Eugenia is an amazing social butterfly with an infectious smile. She's very fast (once your Dr has done their part) you're in and out in 10-15 minutes. She's also got a mini medical store in there so you can shop for things while you wait.. or talk with her.

So glad I found this pharmacy! The other (well-known) compounding pharmacy in the medical center needed five days to fill my prescription. Eugenia took just a couple hours! And she's super friendly!

I'm so glad I switch from CVS to this place. CVS kept telling me a few of my prescriptions were on back order while they would continue to fill old prescriptions even though I told them several times I was no longer prescribed the old medications. Alamo Ranch Pharmacy & Wellness is on top of it. I've transferred over all of my family's prescriptions over. Same day refills are no problem for them. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Much better service than you'll get at the big pharmacies. Eugenia is very friendly and I enjoy talking to her. My medication is also cheaper here, so that's definitely a plus!
