AT&T Store

I recently purchased a new iPhone for my birthday and I traded in my old iPhone. Undraea was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and eager to help me. We also got our new Internet service with AT&T as well because of the outstanding customer service my mom and I received from Undraea! I have been thoroughly pleased with my services inside the store as well as outside of it from all things AT&T.

Came in to buy an Apple Watch to replace my old one walked out with one programmed ready to go even set up to match my old one. Thank you Franklin for the great customer service. You don’t see that old-fashioned customer service anymore. Keep up the great work.

Stopped in to check on Google phone options. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Franklin helped us with details and never made us feel pressured. Manager Lalo also offered help and was available for questions. We are very happy with the help and products at this AT&T store. Great experience!

I came into the store extremely upset due to a billing error & the store manager, Lalo, listened to the situation and responded calmly & attentively. He sat down & phoned the billing department on my behalf & ensured the billing error was resolved before I walked out the door. He then further assisted in explaining the process of future upgrades, billing, etc. & helped map out the most affordable way to move forward. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Lalo!

I came into this store looking for information about a Galaxy Watch 6, and while I could not afford one, I was given all the information needed. The associate also went above and beyond and told me how the watch would affect my monthly cellphone bill!

Thank you for the help and honesty; it is rare to find these days!

All 3 of the Staff at Alamo Ranch location were amazing super friendly with my 10 years old daughter helped me to make sure I could track each item from my phone super happy I can locate her watch and air pods as well as her phone every time I have a concern they are always willing to take the time to help resolve any cel issues.

Customer service at its best!! Very satisfied and would definitely recommend AT&T in Alamo Ranch. I bought an iPhone for my daughter and both AT&T reps were very helpful and very friendly.

The help provided at the store was 5 stars, problem is AT&T Corp and that will not change. But it is important to dzy the help was the best.

After being on a call with AT&T customer svc for 1.5 hours and NO resolution to my issue, I drove to this AT&T Customer Store.
Raul Garcia patiently listened to my issue with my iPad. Within 10 minutes, my problem was satisfactorily resolved. I can't say enough about his knowledge, willingness to help, and positive attitude as he continued to answer additional questions I had.

I needed assistance with purchasing some items for Christmas and Andy made my whole experience seamless and quick!! I have visited this location multiple times and I am treated with kindness every time. Andy answered all of my questions and made some suggestions that I wasn’t aware of. He was able to save me some money and also offered items that I had completely forgot I had wanted previously. He built rapport with me and made me feel comfortable knowing I was making the right choices. Thank you Andy and AT&T for continuing to go above and beyond for your customers. I know retail environments can get tiring (especially during the holidays) but this location doesn’t skip a beat on providing the most exceptional customer service.

Matteo is a fantastic associate who saved us a TON of money! He effortlessly handled troubleshooting issues with my phone and efficiently handled changes and questions we had about our account. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this store and recommend it without reservations.

We felt very welcomed when we walked in. One of the reps asked us if we would like him to change the channel on the TV while we were waiting.
Raul provided excellent customer service concerning upgrading a flip phone for our brother in law.
You should be proud to have both of the gentlemen on your team.

We had a very bad experience with Jesus at the store down the road. We were switching from Verizon and could have easily said no thanks and kept our service with them. But we gave the 11911 store a chance, and so glad we did! James was a blessing! He helped us get the best plan for our needs, and bundle our military and internet for a bigger discount. He was very professional and personable. We were in the store for a total of an hour, which was quick for us. We will definitely be going to him with any future needs.

I made the switch from cricket to AT&T and from android to iPhone and Kimberly was awesome. She explained the differences from the platforms and offered to help get me started and make sure all my information was transferred successfully. You can tell the guys working here all get get along and work well together.

We had an absolutely amazing purchasing experience, not once but twice! Mateo far exceeded our customer service expectations and we will definitely be going back and referring our family and friends!
