Our experience at Texas Leather has been wonderful. We waited for our sofa and love seat but the wait was well worth it. The customer service was wonderful and they answered all our questions anytime we called to check on status. Delivery and setup was quick and the team was fabulous.

Kelly is an excellent sales associate. She makes the buying process flawless and professional. The furniture is high end and will be the last purchase of your life until you are ready to add more pieces. A++

We just received our couch today. It looks and feels good. The delivery people set up all the electrical for us. Overall, our experience with Texas Leather has been good.

My wife and I bought a beautiful sectional about a month ago. I usually wait a few weeks to judge the quality and comfort. We’ve had furniture in the past that were great when we got them but quickly became uncomfortable or wasn’t as functional as we had thought. This isn’t the case with the piece we purchased. Our salesman Sam was great. There was a weird pattern in the leather once we received it but they were quick to swap out the piece with a new one. Things like that happen with real leather but it’s how the company responds that makes the difference. Highly recommend this store and the products they sell.

I ordered my couches February 28th, 2021. I still have not received them, but they set the expectation when I purchased them it would be several months.

Knowing that, I’m patiently waiting. Every time time I’ve called for an update, they are super nice and give me the latest update they have.

I called last week and the person who answered had customers in the store so he asked if he could call me back. Sure enough, he called me back and gave me an update.

I think buyers should know when you make a purchase that is made to order, it’s going to take a while. If you look at the lead time for Pottery Barn’s made to order leather furniture, it is also several months out.

I went with Texas Leather because it is a local shop, thus supporting local business and their furniture is Made in the USA.

I will submit another post with photos of my furniture once it arrives. I’m likely still 4 weeks away, but I honestly don’t mind. As Tom Petty says, “The waiting is the hardest part” 😂

One more thing to note - this company is a member of the Better Business Bureau. They have an A+ rating. They are not shady, they have a few complaints you can see and all complaints were resolved.

Update: July 30th I got my new couches and let me tell you….it was well worth the wait. It was exactly 5 months from the day I ordered to delivery. The quality of craftsmanship is not like anything I’ve seen before. They are beautiful. They smell so good!

The guys that delivered were the most impressive furniture delivery team I’ve ever seen. They treated my couches like they were delivering a piece of Baccarat Crystal.

I highly recommend Texas Leather, they truly care about the product they deliver. Yes, you will wait but anything worth having requires patience. Order now because they are estimating 8 months out.

We purchase at Texas Leather a beautiful one piece couch 4 years ago. It gone true a lot jumping and playing with our grandkids and still look's like we just bought it. Great service and good customer care.😍👌

We bought two large sofas three years ago and they are in amazing condition. Garen was a huge help and made sure we were happy with our leather choice and helped us customize the arm styles we liked the best. We chose them for the after sale support and how they help you fix or replace things if needed, but we haven’t had any issues or any need for anything.

We have had our leather sectional and oversized recliner for 20+ years and still going strong. I use the Texas Leather products for cleaning and conditioning the leather. Due to the age of the sectional, I recently had to have the cushions re-stuffed. Sam didn't try to sell us more furniture (he knows the quality of the leather), instead he was so helpful, and offered a name of someone to use to handle the task of stuffing the cushions. The sectional and recliner are like new again! We are planning on another 20+ good years with this furniture.

My husband and I were certainly not in the market for leather when we begin our search for a new couch in our home. After having visited several other stores, we happened to see Texas Leather Furniture and decided to just go in and check out what they had. Little did we know, we would be selecting our newest addition to our home.
Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Joe, who is amazing!!!!! He wasn't pushy like most salesmen can be. He offered us a beverage, gave us a little history about the store and how it was founded, then allowed us to browse a bit. Whatever questions we might have had, he answered without hesitation.
While we were interested, we were also hesitant because we were building and had no idea when we would actually need the couch. Joe had it covered. Texas Leather allowed the couch to stay with them until we were all set for delivery.

We absolutely love our leather furniture! We've enjoyed our gorgeous furniture for more than 2 months now. You can buy pieces off the showroom floor (which we did with our barstools) or you can have custom made furniture (which we did with our living room couch and chairs). Our custom furniture took longer than expected, but that was because our salesman, Garren, wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted (it was the right cowhide we were waiting for). Our furniture is so gorgeous and so comfortable! We had literally been looking for new living room furniture for years - even going to the popular high-end furniture shops. So glad I found Texas Leather Interiors! If you're looking for beautiful, comfortable, practical custom made furniture, and awesome customer service then this is the place to go!

Visited Texas Leather today with the hopes of purchasing a couch. Sam greeted us at the door and offered us refreshments. He gave us a rundown of the (many) options available to us, and was clearly knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He helped us customize something we saw in store to exactly what we wanted. We are very satisfied and will come back for our future leather furniture needs!

Our couch just arrived and it’s so comfy and plush it’s like the couch is hugging me 😂 pricey but hopefully it holds up well over the years. It is beautiful!! The couch did arrive with a few marks on it that look unnatural. Other than that it is great!
