I’ve been going here for a month and I really enjoy it. It’s a family vibe and everyone makes you really glad you came. As a bigger person new to strength trading it’s essential to find fitness classes where you are encouraged supported and challenged. Glad we have that here.

Only been outside on the fields for soccer games. Super nice turf. Also the bathrooms are not terrible.

This is by far the best gym with professional and educated coaches I’ve ever been to. It’s so good, I’ve committed myself to a year’s membership because they offered the best discount. I’m a certified personal trainer so I know a good gym when I see one. They not only train the average person, they train kids to adults to become athletes. Their equipment is top of the line and they have anything and everything you can think of. I join their adult classes about 5x a week and love every second of it. Do yourself a favor and come work out with the best!

My favorite place ever. Not only are the trainers fantastics and super helpful, but the workouts are super effective as well. I've dropped over 10 pounds in my first 6 weeks. The community of the members is such a fun thing to be a part of as well! I'll be going here for a long time!

Everyone at the facility was very friendly and helpful. The coaches were approachable and the exercises were catered to the designated age groups! My children had a wonderful time!

I signed my 9 year old son up for a free week to try out their classes for kids. When the week was done I asked him what he thought and he said "I like it, I don't get tired at lacrosse practice now!" That was all it took for me to sign him up. The coaches are excited to be there and they keep the kids safe while having fun. Highly recommend!

The classes were perfectly sized. The workout was well balanced and as intense as you want it to be. The trainer made good adjustments to form and had great energy throughout the workout. Facilities and equipment were great!

I have been doing my rehab in this place my physical therapist is amazing (yes some days I don't like her), the environment is encouraging to achieve your goals. 💯 Recommended

I have been training at this facilty for about 2 months now and I love it, the coaches are very knowledgeable and flexible as they adjust movements to your personal abilities. Transfering from a Crossfit Gym to this gym has been so much better. The whole staff is very friendly and make you feel welcomed.

The establishment is clean and well maintained. The fitness equipment is up to date. The coaches are very helpful and knowledgeable. Lastly, the classes are thoroughly planned and are manageable to get through at all levels.

I haven't had the typical experience most people would have here, but I played in a soccer league on the turf field outside and honestly think it's one of the nicest fields I've ever played on. Really enjoyed it

Wonderfully ventilated space quiet different environment compared to any regular indoor gym.

Stopped in for a visit to the Allen location and was very pleased. This location has a very knowledgeable and friendly staff who are excited to help and obviously love what they do. Going to a new gym can be scary but they make you feel like you belong. Thank you Ashlyn, Monica and Natalia.

Friendly coaches and staff. Not sure if we can work it into our schedule but my son really enjoyed the demo training session.
