This is a solid company that should have 5 stars but because some people don’t understand the importance of reviews, they don’t. You should only be able to rate the business on performance not the driver who’s hauling fuel. Also, it’s not easy to drive a fuel truck so cut them some slack and realize the impact you have when leaving a review.

I’ve encountered several drivers at my place of work and every one of them were extremely polite and easy going. Definetly gives a positive image of this company

This driving needs to be fired. Today April 20 2024 it was raining extremely bad and there were riding my tail constantly. Not only that, it didn't seem like they knew where they were going. They instantly were in the left lane, then cut off everybody to make it to the right lane to take the exit and then realize mid exit. They didn't need to take it and then swerved all the way back in the right lane. And another thing, most of the time I was driving. I was in the right lane and they continued to ride my tail in the right lane. Flashing their lights s and honking at me when the left lane was open. There plate number is 037c 841

Wednesday, July 12th around 2:30pm I was traveling west on I30 past I635 in a construction zone with concrete barriers. I was in the left lane when a red cab and tanker with Frontier Tank Lines, Dallas, Texas was right on my back bumper. I moved right and he passed me. I decided to catch up to him and he was still in the left lane. He was going between 75 and 80mph. Information on the cab: USDOT 778717, MC363302, license 119C*071. I have pictures to back up this information. He proceeded to I35 North to Denton and exited at Inwood Road. This driver is a menace. Evidently this company from other reviews should be investigated for hiring unsafe drivers.

This morning I was driving to work on 285-West in Georgia, I was already going 10 past the speed limit, the driver pulled up right behind me and while the lanes to his right and left were both completely open he chose to stay behind me and got as close as he could and then put his high beams on. He followed me until he had to switch lanes but had he not had to switch lanes I am sure he would had followed me for ever. I got pictures and I am speaking with an attorney about this, I am also going to the police soon.

Family and I nearly killed by one of their reckless drivers. At 630am on 11/4/2020 I was exiting my neighborhood and one of your fuel trucks was coming south on the main road out. I stopped and he did not. He flew around me on the wrong side of the road honking at me and going well over the speed limit. When we got onto 380, he continued to weave in and out of lanes, tailgating and speeding. I got pictures of his truck number and license plate and will be notifying the police as well. I’m just sorry I don’t have a dash cam. DOT778718 MC353302

I called the home office to make a complaint about a driver who almost hit me. I was given Fred’s number. I called Fred and to my surprise he was making up excuses, getting loud with me, told me I did not have a valid complaint and hung up on me! What kind of company operates this way? I was driving behind one of their fuel trucks in a parking lot, we both pulled into a gas station, the driver stopped and came backwards at my vehicle. He then got out of his truck and said sorry, I wasn’t trying to be rude, but I needed to back up. His backup lights were not on when he came backwards towards me. I am pregnant and had two kids in the car. And Fred has the nerve to tell me, what are you trying to do? Get the driver fired? No I expected you to talk with him about his reckless driving and notate his employee record. I would think any company would want to be aware if they have employees driving like this. Don’t bother complaining, they’ll just yell at you, make up excuses, act like you’re at fault, and hang up on you.

Terrible drivers, almost clipped the front of our car while my family and I were driving in traffic.

One of your tankers was driving on 270 in the state of Colorado with a Texas plate. Not sure why not sure why he was posted up in the left lane doing 5 miles less than the speed limit, acknowledged me in his mirror but yet didn't move over to allow traffic to pass Trailer 9265

I just called in this morning at 7:10 am. to their Mckinney office to report an UNSAFE driver. this unsafe driver driving southwest bound on 35, averaging 76 mph, changing lanes constantly, andnsignaling halfway into the lane.I spoke with Brent at the office to notify him has an unsafe driver. I stated the speed an unsafe lane changing of this driver. I asked Brent at what speed is the daycab governed at? he stated that they're set at 69. I m. I ayself a current truck driver, told him that he was going 75+. Brent then decided to argue with me in regards t Jono the speeding of the driver. I reiterated that I was driving directly behind the driver at 76+ mph. He then stated, "WHATEVER" . I asked to speak with a manager\supervisor. from the beginning it was a challenge to even ask him what his name was so I would know who I'm speaking with. After telling me his name, he sarcastically asked what my name was. I kindly told him my first and last name. From this verbal interaction with Brent I concluded that he is either having a rough morning or has a need to sign up for anger management classes. I myself being in logistics for over 30 years, realize that Brent needs additional training in logistics. to get this type of attitude from a dispatcher regarding an unsafe driver, is unacceptable. I would not like to assume that similar urgent reporting of unsafe drivers that are hauling dangerous flamable liquid chemicals is treated lightly. I will be contacting TXDOT , Collins, Dawson, and Weber in the near future as to the unsafe driver and the lack of concern from Frontier Tank Lines dispatcher supervisor. Brent.

Like many of the other reviews on here, I experienced one of their fuel trucks driving like an absolute maniac on I-30. I was absolutely appalled at seeing a fuel truck weaving in and out of lanes and getting inches from other cars, the fuel tank swaying violently with each aggressive swerve. This is dangerous for any vehicle, but a fuel truck is the most dangerous vehicle on the road and if the company continues to ignore driving complaints it's inevitable one of their drivers is eventually going to kill somebody. If they won't promote safety, the authorities need to shut them down.

I experienced something horrible today August 17 2023, driver was changing lines even tho I was on the right lane and I was honking at him, thankfully I could speed on the side of the road but he could've killed me, I tried to look at the license plate and I couldn't see it on the front then the driver show me the middle finger, totally unacceptable and unprofessional this was around 5pm on 35 S and Wheatland, driver was a white old guy
