Lowe's Home Improvement

First time visiting this location. I was looking for some vertical blinds for my sliding glass door. They did have some to offer here, but not exactly what I was looking for. While I was looking, Vicki came over to see if she could help me. She was very friendly, knowledgeable about the blinds and size I needed, and really seemed eager to help me find a solution. Her customer service was excellent.

The store was inviting, very clean and well lit.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for here, but I really appreciate the great service I received from Vicki.

Lowe’s may be Lowe’s, but this location stands out from the rest! So much better-staffed and -stocked than others. Huge shout out to Ethel and Craig who are customer-focused as they seek to resolve situations out of their control. It may be a bit farther to drive, but this is my new favorite Lowe’s!

Very organized store. The staff is very friendly and polite.

Great customer service, the gentleman working the home improvements center was great help! When i asked him a generalized question about how to install backsplash he walked me through the steps and made sure i felt comfortable enough to do it on my own. All workers were also equipped with face masks and check out station was sanitized between each customer. Thanks Lowe's!

The man in the paint department was able to direct me exactly to where I needed. The other employees I came into contact with were very nice and greeted me. They really have everything in this store.

I was already impressed with their customer service, organization and cleanliness of the store.. but then I saw the beautiful and touching memorial in the parking lot for our fallen soldiers. It brought a tear to my eye to see such a display. Thank you so much. I will definitely be returning to this location. God bless you all.

Had a fun time at Lowes looking at flowers for my garden. The heat has taken a toll and I wanted some more heat tolerant plants. Stacy helped me pick out some flowers that should do better in the heat and gave me proper instructions on their care and maintenance. Ken the cashier was very friendly. Will be coming back here for all my gardening needs!

We received some really great help over in the tool department. I wish I would’ve got the gentleman‘s name who helped us out, but he was such a great representative of Lowe’s. He was extremely helpful, and when we couldn’t find the particular item we were looking for, he got onto his phone and told us which location would have it and gave us plenty of options.

I love shopping at Lowes always friendly people and most of the time what I have needed is in stock

On of the better lowes in the area. Employees always friendly to me it seems i find more stuff in the tool department more than any other location in the area.

Every single employee acknowledged me,said hello and asked if I needed help. What a great staff. The store was very clean and organized as well. Great job guys! A+

The people who work here are phenomenal Roger especially my son had a accident and he went and helped me push the carts to the front with my 3 kids and got my son ice and helped me get to the car it was amazing to meet someone who stopped what they were doing to help me in a very scary situation. Roger thank you so much I cannot say thank you enough and Lowes is lucky to have you!

We bought refrigerator, washer & dryer from this place first and then all the paint, wood for other interior improvements.

Staff at this location are very friendly, they explained in detail about paints, brushes, stains etc.They helped with wood cutting and general project work.

Starting from manager, overall very positive experience for us.

Super friendly manager and associates, clean very well stocked store. Not used to such a huge store, I needed another afternoon to look thru all the bargains. Loved it

The best Lowes that I ever been to! Every time that I come there is always people that ask if I need help with anything. The employees here are friendly and ready to help!

I believe a customer calling with a problem should be met with focused, silent, active listening and provided a solution that surprises the customer with their accountability and a solution that benefits the customer. Today, we operate in a world of constant interruption, impatience arrogance, that does not value a single customer's loyalty, that most managers could care less if an angry customer leaves and will only ever use their competitor; good riddance, right? Except when that customer spends tens of thousands on materials and has a justified reason to be frustrated, that it should be important to help this customer. When the customer who spends tens of thousands is still not valuable, a e have a serious problem. Wheni contacted Lowe's South Mckinney, I was treated with respect, with loyalty, and was given free delivery, scheduled the for the same day in response to a notification I wouldn't receive my delivery until Saturday, five days late. Chris Smith renewed my faith in Lowe's and their customer service oath for excellence. We thank you so much

Every single time I go there there, there's always someone to help. Friendly people and great customer service. Always ready to lend a hand.

We have been looking around for a refrigerator but couldn't find any worth buying. Today, we walked into the store at 8550 SH 121 in McKinney TX and found some scratch and dents available. Charlie in appliances was able to recommend a good fridge and got us into a dryer as well for a really great price. He and another employee helped us load it into our truck and truly made it an incredible experience. Thank you for employing such friendly people.
