Pharma 1 - Low Cost Drug

I’ve been using Pharma 1 for several years. After frustration with chain pharmacies, I tried Pharma 1. What a breath of fresh air! I’m greeted by name by the same welcoming faces each time I go in. Low prices and fast, personalized service!

I moved all my prescription needs to Pharma 1 when they first opened. They have never disappointed me-in fact, I feel rather pampered by them. Always quick to respond to my medical needs or questions. If they don’t carry something I need, they find it and get it for me. They also have the best prices in town and beyond. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Placed an order for a wheelchair through the website. Unfortunately the wheelchair was backordered and therefore they could not guarantee delivery within 1 week. I had called after placing the order voicing my concern for needing this quickly. Not only did they call me back the next day, but even allowed me to refund the order after attempting to speed up the order but determining that it wasn't a guarantee due to the supplier. I appreciated the high quality customer service so much, something that is hard to come by these days. If I need anything in the future, Pharma 1 will be the first site I go to.

I have been looking for Powerstep Protech Insoles for 2 months. I received my first 2 pair in 3/2019 from Podiatrist, but started to have a plantar fasciitis flare and needed new ones, but the doctors office hasn't had any in stock, so when I started to search online your company popped up very nervous about ordering not knowing if it was legit, but when I researched I saw you have a store in TX then I felt more comfortable about placing an order.

I'm glad I did from the time I made the request it's been a fantastic experience. I received confirmation you got my order, then received invoice to pay, then received confirmation payment was made and product was being shipped last received FedEx confirmation tracking number. I received my package yesterday 9/9/22 neatly boxed product secured in new condition. They are the exact same as my old ones except for the toe area has been improved by being wided which fits the toe area of my (Brooks Revel 5) tight and even. Lastly the price of the product was very reasonable and fair. Thank you so much for your service. Oh, Yes, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and product.

Pharma1 has been my go-to pharmacy since they opened in 2018. I wouldn’t trust my health and compounded prescriptions to anyone else! So glad they have expanded to include so many home-delivery options, such as with my cat’s anti-thyroid medicine, Methimazole (he wouldn’t mind me disclosing that publicly), which the vet had originally sent to a mail-order pharmacy in NJ - such a disappointment! I finally convinced him to use Formulation/Pharma1 and his eyes have been opened to the difference …Don’t change a thing guys, you are phenomenal!

This is like the old pharmacy compounding drug store. They watch for when a prescription is out of refills, contact you so you can contact your doctor and then have that script ready for pick up within that day or the next! No more waiting for the big Pharmacy to get, fill, then contact you about your script that could take over 5 days later or more for pick up. The big chain drug stores don’t even tell you that your script has no more refills and it’s a surprise when u call it in😡Not at Pharma 1🤗

Best pharmacy iv ever been too. They where extremely knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. They work well with communicating with my doctor and great customer service. This is my new pharmacy and will not be going anywhere else for my medicine or advice about it. I'm doing hormone replacement therapy and they walked me through everything I need to know.

My cats' vet sent me there for medication for my little buddy. I was really impressed. They called me once they received the prescription to discuss the options that I had regarding his medication and offered me the lower cost if I was willing to wait a couple of days. I was really impressed with them caring about the cost. When I went to pick it up, they asked me how my cat was doing, what was wrong with him. It was nice to see that they care for all patients they cater too. I will definitely go back whether for me or my four-legged babies.

We just moved to McKinney from Oklahoma and was blessed to come across this pharmacy. The pharmacist and staff truly love what they do and take care of their clients like family. I'm so glad I found this pharmacy! Dealing with chain pharmacies can be a nightmare, but the staff is excellent here. Tabraiz the owner has helped me with many questions and problems I've had. Once I had a problem with a medicine so he mailed me a new one for free which is amazing. Pharma 1 also saves me money by compounding one of my medicines giving me a safer exact dose for less than I would pay for an equivalent at CVS.

They have exemplary service and great prices. I'm glad I found them!

Outstanding customer service, Pharma 1 is fantastic new locally owned independent pharmacy in McKinney that fills compound prescriptions. The owner and pharmacist was above and beyond helpful and knowledgeable in answering our many questions. A great customer experience compared to the chain drug stores that act more like a grocery store than an important part of our health care team. We will be recommending Pharma 1 to our friends and family.

the pharmacist is very polite and helpful. We had our prescription ready the same day. Awesome service. I’ve used other pharmacies that took two or three days to fulfill the same prescription.

There are still good people in this world! At 6:54 I called this pharmacy frantic because we had just gotten home from the ER after my son had a seizure for the first time. My husband ran out to fill a prescription they gave us to help lessen the possibility of another seizure only to find out it needed to be compounded which is not something many pharmacies offer. My husband said he looked and couldn't find any that were open so I hit the google and the first place that popped up was Pharma1. I was shocked that anyone answered just a couple minutes before they closed, to my surprise it was actually the pharmacist. I explained my situation and he offered to fill the prescription and hold the door open for my husband to drive there to pick it up. On a day that I needed someone to help me out he didn't even hesitate and that kind of customer service is hard to find! He even pulled my sons insurance information up and took the time to offer all the flavor choices they had. It is hard to find people that will go out of their way for a stranger so when you find people that will you have to make sure to shout it from the rooftops! I didn't even catch his name but I can not thank him enough for going above and beyond for my baby boy. This pharmacy was the first to pop up on google and it's clearly because it deserves that number one spot! Thank you so very much for taking care of us

We have been going to Pharma 1 for years because they don't just churn out scripts in an exasperated and mechanical way. They actually consult and advise - they genuinely care about helping solve problems, and they always go above and beyond for their clients - even their dog clients!
