The service was pretty efficient, very quick and completed on time. I had never had to replace a key but after getting my purse stolen I needed a solution - and quick! They gave me a very good price over the phone and their locksmith arrived pretty shortly after that. It didn't even take him 30 minutes and he had the key ready and working as new. Dustin did an excellent job, only took him 45 seconds to unlock my Audi A3 by picking the lock. This was preferred as I did not want the vehicle/key remotes damaged. I give him a 10/10 rating. He was very nice and arrived when he said he would. He also gave me the payment receipt and advised on sending it to my auto insurance for the roadside assistance on my plan for full reimbursement. Excellent service!

I recently moved into a new place in Wylie and wanted to get my door rekeyed I called many places and they gave me unbelievably high prices. I went on yelp and found DML Locksmith and they gave me a quick quote on the phone the dispatcher took my information and had someone come out to me the same day. When Rafael got here he was very helpful and knew what he was doing. my experience with the company was fantastic. Low prices and workers that know how to do their job, what more can you ask for.

David is a lifesaver! Lost my car keys and had no spare key, so I was in a real pickle. After seeing the 5 star ratings on google and positive reviews, I called to DML Locksmith office and had the remote key and manual key in my hand in the next hour the same day. My expectations were exceeded, I did not think I'd have access to my car that quickly! David's quality of work and professionalism is outstanding. My son locked his keys and his phone inside our 2003 Honda Civic after he finished school and got very frustrated. We looked for a local company online and the guys from DML Locksmith were the ones who answered immediately. The technician called us literally within the next 3 minutes after we requested the service and he provided us with ETA. Got the car key snapped in the contact switch. I tought I have to replace the whole contact lock. But a friend recommended me to check with DML , they came within 20 mins removed the broken part of the key in 10 seconds.
