Once Upon A Child Mckinney

My husband and I had an exceptional experience at Once Upon A Child in McKinney. The staff, including the manager, were not only pleasant but also incredibly patient. We walked in with over a dozen boxes of items, which were not organized due to our recent move, and the manager handled it with utmost professionalism and patience. The store is consistently well-organized, offers great prices, and is exceptionally clean. The welcoming and helpful attitude of the staff made our visit truly enjoyable. We recommend and highly appreciate the outstanding service provided by Once Upon A Child in McKinney.

I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is! I will no longer pay retail for my daughters clothes again! They had so many great items and huge savings. I got halo sleep sacks for less than 5 dollars all in like new condition. One piece outfits all ten for ten dollars and you can do as many multiples of ten as you like! This is just truly amazing and so helpful.

Positive experience selling and buying here. They have toys and other odds and ends, and not just clothing. We bought socks and bracelets there last time we went.

This place is great! Gently used clothes from infant to children’s size 14. Mostly baby stuff, though. They also have some strollers, car seats, that sort of stuff.

Went there yesterday for the first time and OMG those prices 😍 I love it and their deals are insane. Got 20 absolutely awesome onesies for $10 😳 all in all my experience was amazing and I’m not sure what all these other comments mean by “rude” workers because they were all super sweet. Will definitely return for more but will bring my husband with me since I got little anxiety by all the stuff because it was a lot of choices 😂😂 but really good clothes and spotless clean ♥

Hands down the best priced clothing! Kids grow so fast and I’m able to dress all my children for a reasonable price!

I LOVE this place. The new management greeted me with a welcoming hello and was incredibly helpful. The store is bright, clean, and very well organized. There is an excellent selection of clothes, toys and accessories with prices you can't beat. I came in looking for one specific item and ended up leaving with so much more. I look forward to going back.

We’ve been here a few times and each time we are able to find everything that we need for the kids. We always have a hard time finding durable clothes that are at a reasonable price! I love the idea of the way it’s laid out, with the normal shirts and pants in an area, with a more “formal clothes” in another area. Staff was super friendly and helpful, definitely will continue to frequent this.

Their prices are great. Everyone is so nice. It’s worth selling there too.

Staff is extremely friendly, I've never entered the store and not felt welcomed immediately. Not to mention best owner. I've been to my fair share of Once Upon a Child stores; from across California, Arizona, Oklahoma, and several throughout Texas now, this store has the best selection! I truly appreciate all the staff that cares, an owner who doesn't shy away from the little things like baby hats or newborn clothes, and a store that will be our go to for years to come.

I would also like to mention not only do they have a great selection with amazing prices, but the store always seems to be having some sort of sale or deal going on. They absolutely give reasonable offers when purchasing items we bring in and are also very Military family friendly. Thank you again and we are so grateful!

This particular location always seems to have a variety of toys that I have yet to see at the Plano location. I also love that they have batteries in most of the toys so that you can test them out to make sure they work before you buy them.

I literally just left this store! I absolutely LOVE it! This is by far the best location for the lowest prices and the best quality, in my opinion. My son is super tall and growing like a weed, so I am forever buying clothes, it seems. So glad to have found OUAC in McKinney. They always have his size and the staff is always very sweet, even when we have a million items to try on. Great experience every time.:-)

Rashad is a one in a million. The store is extremely Fortunate to have him on their team. My hat goes off to his family for the fine job in bringing up this young man. He is definitely an asset and will top charts wherever he goes throughout his career as well as life.
I'll put it like this I've only left to good reviews and he is the second, He has restored my faith in young adults and it's a pleasure knowing him.

For it being the size it is and what all it carries the place is really nice and well kept. Most of the time it has what I am looking for but its usually harder to find boys clothes. This place has a lil of everything clothes, toys, carriers, strollers, baby bath tubs, and bicycles. it is handicap accessible with a ramp. Just all around nice.

My daughter and I went to the store yesterday and we were both impressed to see the huge selection of baby items that looked brand new. Also when we checked out the owner I assumed was very professional and kind. We have found a gem store and will be back again and again.
