Vito and his team were great! They not only replaced all our pool lights with modern fixtures - but took the time label all our valves and trained us on better more efficient use of the system for no charge. They were fast, fair and efficient.

Vito’s Pool Service is very knowledgeable, responsive,dedicated and professional. I needed help getting my pump to communicate with intellitouch panel. Found VPS in a search and discussed the issue. They came out the next day and fixed the issue. When the freeze hit had another issues and VPS came out that night, 10PM and took care of me.

I have a non standard large spa / tiny pool that came from Canada. It sprung a plumbing leak off one of my pumps. Several friends recommended pool/spa people but most said they couldn’t fix it. One guy did tell me he could fix it but after 2 weeks and coming out twice he apologized and said he was not going to be able to finish the repair. I searched online for pool & spa repairmen and found Vito.

Vito was very quick to come by and assess the repair. Because my parts were non standard it took a few days to get the right parts in. Once that was received Vito was very quick to finish the repair and get me back working! Vito knew how to engineer what was needed to be done AND he followed through! At some point I plan to change out equipment to be standard with other spas in this area and I will definitely be contacting Vito for that work!

As a homeowner when something breaks, the hardest part about the repair is finding a reliable repair service. Trust the 5 stars you are seeing with Vito. Straight forward, honest and not looking to maximize the situation. They did an awesome job on my heater repair!

given it was memorial day weekend and he was swamped with work he took time to fix my issues promptly and did a great job. very efficient and effective. John was very knowledgeable and took time to look things over precisely before undertaking corrective action and went beyond the original issue and fixed a secondary issue as well.

Vito and his team are outstanding. New to Texas, had no idea where to turn for pool service. Called Vito based on a recommendation on Nextdoor.

The first time I called for a filter/cartridge cleaning. They came out next day and did an outstanding job and was very reasonably priced.

When the cartridges needed to be changed, they came out promptly and again did a great job.

The cleaner on my filter failed and was spewing water everywhere. Called Vito, shared the part number and he told me he could file a warranty claim on my behalf. Short version, got it fixed for free. I would have gladly paid Vito to replace the cleaner.

Great experience with Vito and John. Very happy I reached out to them. I left home for a little over two weeks and came back to a very dirty pool. I sought out a small, independent business owner to replace my pool equipment, which included heater, 2 pumps, filters, controller, electrical, and PVC piping. Vito provided a competitive bid and personally presented the estimate, explaining all details to my satisfaction. The work was done over Sat & Sun in AUGUST IN TEXAS! Entire system has been working flawlessly for 4 months now, including wireless functionality through iAquaLink app. He is responsive, honest, hard-working, and trustworthy-some things that are hard to find in some businesses these days! Vito has fair prices, is timely in communication and schedules (including showing up on time and completing the work timely), and does really great work. The pool and patio work he did in summer 2023 on our house had phenomenal results. The area looks brand new again.

Vito is amazing and REALLY good at what he does! After 8 years, we wanted to automate our pool system. I did some research on Pool Services in my area and came across Vito. We had to reschedule our original date but he came out on a SUNDAY to work on our pool. I later found out that he was spending time with his 4 month old baby girl that day. Family is so important and we could have waited but Vito still took care of us. When he arrived he was professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was able to install the new box with Wi-Fi. He is very thorough and makes sure that everything is working properly. His knowledge is incredible AND he saved us over $1000+. Vito was great! He was professional, transparent and was able to come out and get my pool pump working same day, definitely recommend and will be doing business with him again!

Vito did the winter maintenance on our pool equipment before the holiday. He is such a honest, knowledgeable and dependable professional! While he cleaned our filter, he found out that our top manifold installed was an incorrect part and had caused the dirt to back flow into the spa. Vito found us the correct part and replaced the manifold. Our spa and pool have stayed cleaned after the repair, no more dirt build-up! Great job! Thank you Vito! You are the best! Highly recommend!

Post 12/2022 winter freeze pool issue: I had a booster pump quit pushing water to propel the pool vacuum. I had called a few repair guys and Vito actually called me back after I initially talked to another guy. After having a no show on the repair, I called Vito and he literally showed up 20 minutes later (well after normal working hours).

He was pleasant, professional and seemed like he wanted to earn my repeat business. Quick diagnosis/repair and we were back up and running. I’ll be using him again in the future (but hopefully not too often).
