Dr. Adam R. Smith

I've seen Dr. Smith for years and I have to say he is the best primary care physician I have ever had. He genuinely cares about his patients and is extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn't trust anyone else. My family and my co-workers all see Dr. Smith. He is amazing!

Came in after a horrible wound/gash on my forehead which I was worried about infection. I literally had nowhere to go and I found Mr. Smith. I was hesitant at first because I was basically taking a shot at the dark to find good medical attention. When I called and spoke with Michelle, she was really kind and set up an appointment the same day which was already a good sign. Next I met Ms. Melissa (doctor's assistant) she was really nice too and treated me as if she knew me for years and like I was her long time friend which made me feel even more comfortable. Next I met Mr. Smith he was funny and kind and helped me right away with my medical problem and made me feel like he truly cared which you don't find in most doctors these days. I am going to recommend this place to my family in friends. Best doctor I have gone to in a while. I am happy to have found this place. He definitely made me feel better about my whole situation!

I’ve always had a good experience at Brookwood Family Practice, I’ve been a patient for over seven years. Staff is welcoming and professional, so thankful I found them when I moved to Texas.

Amazing doctor, great office, friendly staff. Dr. Smith is so kind, professional, and caring. Front office Michelle is great. Have been a patient for over 4 years now. I highly recommend this office.

I made an appt for my daughter. They were so kind and nice to her. I made myself an appt so our entire family will go there. Def recommend

Amazing doctor

Terrible experience...witnessed the secretary roll her eyes as she was on the phone with a patient. I went in with my son for a referral. The referral was done incorrectly. This office is rude and wastes people's time. There are way too many other family doctor options around. Choose a different office for you and/or your family's needs.

Terrible Doctor.
Tried to make an appointment as I was not feeling well and was told they were not seeing sick people...
Really you are a doctor's office. Maybe I am mistaken but aren't doctors supposed to maintain, promote, and restore health of the public..Very disappointed by this.

Don't count on these people to help when you need them!!

I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated by the staff, specifically "Missy". She was very nice and sweet over the phone as I was explaining an issue with insurance.

She said all the right things over the phone but it was clear she wasn't interested in helping me. She wanted to hang up before I gave her the information she needed. I asked her give me a call back when she had spoken with the insurance company but I knew I was being blown off.

A week later and no follow up. It's very disappointing. I thought Adam Smith was a good doctor who would have people who wanted to help on his staff. That isn't the case here.

The office made me make an appointment with the doctor without informing me that there was going to be a separate co-pay for the same problem which I had couple of weeks ago. I recommended them to give me a refill on my previous prescription, but they asked me to set that up. Now they are asking me to pay my co-pay without informing me ahead of time otherwise I would not have made that appointment.
Even the office manager did not help me out after knowing the whole situation.

If you want to see a different assistant every time you go in and never see an actual doctor, this is the spot for you. Just don’t hope they will be there when you need them.

Worst Dr. Told me I have cancer without looking at me. Than shoved me off to nurse practicing. Than tells me I have a brain tumor
