Matt Wills - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was at the DMV office to renew my temp license plate. I found out my insurance was set to expire on the 20th day but they required a full 30 day coverage to renew my license plate.

I called Eric and he was immediately accessible over the phone, and was able to email me an updated insurance card that was accepted at the DMV office.

I appreciated that immediate accessibility, super responsiveness and quick turn-around so much especially when it was time sensitive! So I did not have to wait, or come back to the DMV that was 20 min drive from home. Thank you for your super service!
