We're excited to have a new HEB grocery store near us in Allen. It's fresh, well-organized, and sparkling clean. The aisles are wide and well-lit, and the staff is friendly providing excellent service.

Whether you're on a budget or looking to indulge, there are plenty of options to choose from. The product selection offers a mix of Walmart and Whole Foods so you can choose.

This grocery store new to Allen and is big and nice inside. It has everything the other stores has. I got my groceries and checked out fast. It was on a Sunday and I was not 10 deep in line due to only having one cashier.

I wanted to be in line on opening day but didn’t wake up in time 🤣 (I’m retired). I ended up going around 10a. It’s awesome. I’ve been waiting for this store opening as I drive by it everyday. Store was crowded & bustling. Loved all the variety of different foods & friendly associates. Oh, this store has cashiers & baggers 👍🏻. On the way out, grabbed some bbq ribs. Delicious!

H E B I S OK W / M E 😍😍😍 Really friendly staff, everything is nice and neat, and even though the place is packed I didn’t stand in line. Huge selection of cakes and desserts, their meat is top quality for clean healthy living. I will definitely be coming back when I need groceries! Very excited to try their curbside feature! 🥂

I love shopping here for so many reasons! Always clean, great bathrooms, the best selection of groceries, and the nicest employees. Today my daughter dropped her donut on the floor and one of the employees, Felix, took our dropped donut to throw it away and ran to get her another one while we started checking out. Such a kind gesture that was so not expected!

Love this H-E-B. We buy groceries here every week and use the H-E-B app for coupons. Very pleased with all of the products. I love that the shopping list function of the app organizes your selected items by aisle number. We have also transferred all prescription medicine to the H-E-B pharmacy. Love that H-E-B always has plenty of open checkout lanes. They also have a self-check station.

So there is one important ingredient we look for often when choosing "this week's grocery store." It's my first time to the Allen HEB, but already I'm hooked. In a time when Walmart is bagging Poblanos together so you can't really choose the sizes you want, and Kroger has Poblanos barely larger than jalapeños if they have them at all...THIS was a treat to find and will bring me back! Not to mention the Habañeros you can see next door... well done, HEB.

As a CA girl, I never got the hype around HEB. However I will admit it is an impressive store. The selection is incredible. Prices are higher than Walmart so I always spend too much when I shop here. They do have good deals though as well as lots of coupons.

I like HEB way too much. A lot of stores when they have the "store brand", you just kind of accept that it's not as good as the national brand but at least it's cheaper... Not this place. It's cheaper and it's better, and typically not just a little bit better, it's a lot better! Fair prices and insane choice. Heck, you can even buy a rug and a chair, pet food, groceries, baking pans, freshly baked bread, fresh seafood... I'm floored.

Nice! Looking forward to going again soon. Went in to check out and buy a few items and left with two bags full! My grandson loved the fresh ripe strawberries .

Great experience! The store is very nice and laid out well. They have stepped up the whole grocery experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. They actually want to help you. I will be shopping here going forward.
Look out, Kroger, the competition raised the bar!
They have a great selection of Texas beers and wines.

The baked goods and the pre-made food are tasty without breaking the bank.

I love HEB and haven't been able to shop at one like this in some time. It's very well done and can just take all my money.

My only caveat was that they didn't carry the paper-rolless TP that they used to. I wonder if that's only reserved for the stores further south,

I love shopping here. My favorite thing about the experience is the checkout. There are actual real people checking you out AND bagging/loading your cart. It's so nice. And they are fast. Unique products and old favorites. Love it!

Prices are just a little bit lower than most others. Experience is exceptional. Great shopping experience. Now if we can get rid if food inflation, we could have it all

Shopping is a pleasure at HEB Allen. Am amazed in this culture of customer indifference and retail employee apathy how HEB maintains helpful, smiling “partners” . A tribute to the Butts legacy, Texan hospitality and hands-on managers. Also found pharmacy employees friendly, genuinely interested in my prescription and quick. Store is significant addition to city of Allen. If you haven’t been, give it a try, just remember there are some peak shopping times when they are quite busy.

The selection of the product was absolutely amazing. I have learned that I will only venture into HEB when they first open and are not busy. This place has been open since last year but the amount of rude people here was ridiculous. They get close enough to count the hairs on the back of your neck. No concept of personal space at all, but I'm not counting stars off a great place because of the patrons that shop there. There is a large cheese selection, great beer selection, and amazing produce and meat market. Definitely recommend going here just not during the lunch hours on a weekend

I've visited this HEB a couple of times on a weekday. It is clean and organized. Employees have been friendly at the checkout and when I ask for help locating certain items around the store. It is now my go to store for groceries.

Update: I have now done curbside pickup and was pleased with the service every time. Pick up the day before Thanksgiving was fast and it saved me from having to face the crowds inside. I have also done curbside pick up on Sunday evenings and there is no wait. I also want to add that the ready made meals for the oven (not the microwavable ones) are life savers for when you need a meal with zero prep time. They're delicious!

Over the past three months since this HEB opened, I've experienced the customer service that HEB is famous for. The prices are excellent, the variety of food and brands is outstanding, and I won't be shopping for groceries anywhere else. I'm so glad HEB has come to north Texas!

Love HEB! Good quality products and very affordable. We usually head to their sushi section first. It's such good quality, and the range of flavors is amazing. It can get busy on the weekend - so bring your patience.

We love HEB! I'm so glad they finally moved to Dallas area. I also forgot to add we love TX BBQ inside the store. It's so good.
