Reed Park West

Such a wonderful park!!

Hooray for the shade structure! The city of Allen hit it out of the park when they took this full sun playground into the only fully shade playground in the city. We were able to go in the middle of the afternoon without the Texas sun beating us down. There is a large field nearby with a few shaded trees along with a great butterfly garden, if your kids like being closer to nature. No bathrooms or drinking fountain, so plan accordingly.

The shade structure makes a huge difference! We can play for longer and actually get to use the slides and swings. Great park!

Open field and a playground for the kiddos, and a new Sun-brella (is that a word?) that covers the entire playground. Perfect neighborhood playground.

This park is nice and my child enjoys walking there.

Quite place in our neighborhood. It is close to Reed Elementary School.

3 playgrounds - including one under a new shade canopy - make this a pretty fun place to be for or with kids.

Great place for kids to play and you to relax and read a book.
