Lake Country Veterinary Care

Just had a wonderful experience at a (new to us) vet - Lake Country Veterinary Care in Hartland. Dr. Dietrich and Connie treated our cats with great care and compassion. There was no quick in and out. They took time to calm them down and talk with us about their care. And as an extra bonus, it didn't break the bank to have them seen. Give them two thumbs way up!!!

I can only say great things about the care they give here to our pets. In the past they have been outstanding and I’m sure future as well. Very kind and understanding. Thank you so much

We have had a wonderful experience here with all the staff. They have always listened to our concerns and made us feel comfortable. The team at Lake Country was able to diagnose a thyroid condition in our previous dog after multiple vets who didn't share in our concerns. When we got our current dog, it was a no brainier to bring him here for all his routine care.

We have been with Lake Country and Dr K. Through good times and the hard times. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and most importantly they care.

Regrettably, we have been seeing them a lot within the last month. My dog's recieve great care here. Thank you.

I have been taking my two cats here since I adopted them 16 years ago. One died 6 years ago, and the second I had to say goodbye to just last week. The staff here made this incredibly painful time as comfortable as possible- for me and my beloved pet. They were all compassionate and clear about the choices and the impact on my pet. Thank you Dr. Good and staff for your kindness, compassion and professionalism as I fell apart. I appreciate it.

I know it's out of my way but going here for a very long time. Started out with my vet when she was an assistant to a vet. She's great. Dr. Good is the best!!! She's more than our vet, she's a compassionate & loving friend to our family & others. Will stick here as long as she's with them. Connie her assistant is as great as Doctor Good is. I'm sure everyone else is good but my kids love Dr. Good & Connie

I love you guys!!! You have always been great! I've never had any problems with anyone from your staff!!! The receptionists have all been nice,helpful and knowledgeable, the vet techs are always great! We love Connie and Andrea! The Doctors have all been wonderful (I've probably seen everyone over the years, but our favorite is Dr Good! Thank you for taking care of my most priced possessions! We appreciate everything you for us!! Keep up the great work!!

Very caring! From putting down our 14 year old dog to dealing with a preexisting fractured leg of our puppy.

Dr. Krueger has taken wonderful care of our pets for many years, well a couple decades at this point. We appreciate her common sense approach and her clear communication. The additional vets that have joined her share the same philosophy.

I have been taking my cats and dogs to Lake Country Veterinary Care since they opened in 2005. I also took my animals to Dr Kaye before that. They have always gone above and beyond for my animals and myself. They care about my fur babies if they were their own and always call to check on them if one has been there for some problem. Yesterday I rescued a new stray. He had been outside for some time and was severely malnourished. I did not want to have to quarantine him so I called to see if I could get an appointment. They got him in yesterday and checked him out completely. I am happy to report that although skinny he is healthy. When I came to this site to leave a review, I was shocked to read a bad review. No, I could not go in with my new pet but since I have complete faith in their handling of all my animals, I was OK with that after all COVID has made everyone have a “new normal” and they are following the guidelines prescribed for them. The doctor tried to call me in my car but my phone did not ring so she came out to talk to me about the plan for my new baby which are the actions of a very caring individual. As far as filling prescription’s after you have changed doctors I seriously doubt any doctor would fill a prescription for anyone (animal or human) if they were no longer the attending physician that would be reckless and not in your animals best interest. They always have had and will continue to have my highest recommendation.

We take all four of our Golden Retrievers to this clinic to see Dr. Kaye. She is always very thorough in her exam and explanations. Our dog's are treated very well. The staff is super at this clinic. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr Goode is caring, concerned and spot on with diagnosis and treatment. Connie, her vet tech could not be more gentle and caring of our cat. The office people are responsive and efficient. I highly recommend Lake Country Veterinary

Dr. Aspan is a wonderful vet and we are grateful to have him take care of our cats! My kitten went in this week for his surgery. We paid much less than I had anticipated, the staff was kind and friendly through the entire process and my kitten is happy and healthy. I can't say enough about this clinic; I highly recommend Lake Country Veterinary Care!

Dr Good is the best vet! Her kindness and true love of our pets shines brightly.

My cat was a feral cat so needless to say he’s not a huge people person . I’ve had him for about 13 years now. All of the different vets that I’ve taken him to in the past have always told me how sassy and problematic he is. There had even been multiple talks of sedatation just for regular checkups . This has always made me hesitant to take him in unless it was absolutely necessary. Dr.Layla handled him with ease . I’m so happy to have found someone that can handle him .

Really great vets and vet techs. The front desk people are super nice and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable here and do a great job! I definitely recommend bringing your pet here! They do a very good job. They also have amazing groomers and well.
