I've had some issues with a snowblower purchased from here not default of the staff but they were extremely helpful each time I had to bring it in. The attitude and helpfulness of the staff was awesome. Especially Currie who went above and beyond to make sure my problem was fixed.

Had a most exceptional customer experience with Collin and Jax! Was looking for a unique sized part and they were able to effectively locate it and cut to exact size. Keep up the incredible positivity and dedication!

I end up here a lot buying items I need for work. Staff is very nice. Store is Clean. Tool Rentel has a large selection of items.

Love this place, they have everything and very well located. Only one suggestion, make sure you hire competent workers. 70% of the time I have a smart worker to talk about with my necessity that I have, but the other 30% of the workers who you had working there are very incompetent and do not know anything. Absolutely love this store but be wise in who you hire. Thanks so much.

I had a great experience with this store. The manager, ANDY is a very nice person. We needed a last minute rental delivery from them and he helped us and made it worked out.

Came in for a bolt for my lawnmower. Max immediately asked if I needed help and found the bolt I needed off of my sample. I didn’t have to do anything. Absolutely awesome customer service!!! Max was a great help and took his time to find it for me even though it was only a $2 part!

I stopped in today and had the absolute best experience. Not only was the selection of flowers and outdoor garden absolutely outstanding, but the interactions I’ve had with every single employee were above and beyond! I can’t reiterate enough, absolute best experience! Can’t wait to enjoy my beautiful flowers and shopping haul!

I have never been to a better hardware store. The employees are amazing and the owners are often on site. In today's changing world this place is amazing.

So nice to have in town, and essential for a DIYer with evening or weekend projects. I can't think of a single visit where I wasn't able to find everything I needed. They'll have what you need, usually the only challenge is finding it. Service is always good and friendly.

Biebel’s True Value is my local go-to and highly recommend. The store is always clean and employees are always nice and helpful. Rental products are well maintained. I should have posted a review earlier, but what reminded me to post something was their quiet support of our local school to assist in opening with COVID. I wanted to say thank you.

Biebels is my neighborhood hardware store, they have a terrific selection of items and the staff is knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I have purchased a Weber grill, solo stove, Traeger and other big ticket items as well as paint, screws and everything else..... Check out Biebels.....

I was looking sidewalk salt and every store I went to was completely sold out and the next shipment would be on Tuesday. I was told that you had it. I waited in line to buy the salt and purchased the salt. The guy even helped put it in the trunk in my car. You were the seventh store I stopped at. I have completely given up until I went to your store.

I always have a solid experience at Biebels. People are friendly and show me to whatever I need right away. I have shopped around and find the prices to be very competitive, so not sure what kind of experience this other person had. They are knowledgeable and honest - and I will definitely continue to shop there. Tons of deals in the middle aisle too.

Shop local, courteous staff and an array of supplies laid out user-friendly to get what you need quickly. I never feel like I am "inconveniencing" an employee by asking them a home-repair question or trying to locate something. Reasonable rates on their rental equipment.

We moved to the area several months ago. We love the Village atmosphere and the presence of so many locally owned stores and the nice people who work in them. Beibels True Value Hardware is not far from our home and convenient, so we've made many purchases there, everything from a single screw to power equipment. One purchase, a lawnmower, starting having issues. I was out of town and my wife was unable to load it in the car and get it in for repair. Although Biebels sold it to us, they were not an authorized repair service for this brand, but when we called and explained the situation, they came, picked the up the mower, checked it out, repaired it in their store and returned it promptly. We were able to get the grass cut and leaves mulched before the coming snow. Our thanks to Don, our salesman, for advocating on our behalf, and to Bill who picked the mower up, repaired, and returned it to us. Both acted with professionalism, friendliness and courtesy. Thanks to the owners who went the extra mile and gave the OK to make it all happen, when they did not have to do so. We are now customers for life, and walking advertisements for Beibels, OUR HOMETOWN HARDWARE STORE.

Headed out for a first time shopping trip at Biebel’s to buy hand sanitizer. When we got there, we found an outstanding shopping experience from selection to organization to helpful/friendly personnel. My husband would have spent the afternoon “ shopping”.... “what else do we need” was his reaction. Highly recommend!

Everytime I visit Biebel's True Value, the staff greets me with a warm smile and offers to help me. They had a great selection of patio furniture and was I thrilled to see they had my favorite dog food at a great price!
