Great pharmacy team. Always prompt and helpful.

Generally good service. Infrequent issues with text alerts being wrong and an Rx not being ready. Service is polite and generally expedient. Staff is usually quite friendly and professional.

This is an average Walgreens. Nothing abnormal other than the cashiers are often high school students and are learning how to use the register.

I realize stores are short staffed right now, but staffing the pharmacy needs to be a priority of Walgreens corporate. The waits are challenging, especially if there are phone questions. For example, tonight I was on hold for 40 min because the auto refill wasn’t working. I was disconnected after that long hold.

Customer service here is subpar. I asked if I could use my points and cashier stated yes. I typed my number in the system and the cashier laughed and said you have enough for a dollar, do you want to use it? I asked I just got an email stating I had 5000 points? She shrugged her shoulders. I thought this was rude and disrespectful. She didn't even offer me a customer service line to call or anything. Will take business elsewhere next time.

Terrible experience. Never again will I trust them with a prescription that is important.
