It would have been better if there was not a vacuum running in the background about the whole time I was checking in. I couldn’t hear them through the glass and the vacuum running. DO NOT SHOW UP MORE THAN 2 hours early. NO EXTENDED PARKING.

I had a great experience at Roundys. Security lady was smiling. They unloaded me within 2 hours it was great for me. Got checked in went straight to a door

I've personally never had any issues delivering here. I'm always in and out. I never knew why they had armed guards until I Google checked and found out a former employee gained warehouse access and shot and killed 2 employees who were with company 20yrs. Very unfortunate.

People are polite, they have a nice size staging area and I was able to go back to it and spend the night so overnight. Parking does seem to be available. No one harassed me even at 10:00 in the morning. This place is quick. They had me checked in 3 hours before my appointment and completed by my appointment time. I would definitely deliver here again.

I had to deal with 10 cases of meat. It wasn't Rounds fault it was Tysons fault. They sent Roundy's the wrong product. So I had to drive to Chicago over 120 miles away to deliver the overage to US Foods.

I wasn't too upset I got paid very well. Plus my reload was a good one all in all my experience wasn't that bad.

First time here. Gaurd at entry wad very respectful and informative and are allowed to check in early. Head to staging area and check in. To make the check in process easier on yourself, ONLY bring what is necessary with you as they have three armed guards and require you to empty out your pockets before they scan you.
Some driver's cry about the armed guards. However, if you know how to follow directions on someone else's property then it shouldn't bother you as it does not slow down the process.
Dock up on your door and as soon as you get a green light, head back to staging area and pay your lumper fee, once you've done that, head back inside and get your paperwork. They do not allow overnight parking, it plainly states that on the sheet they give you upon arrival.

Maybe i just had a good experience? I had an 8pm appointment time, got checked in 2 hours early at 6pm and was empty with signed paperwork by 8pm.
I see a lot of bad reviews but delivery went pretty smooth for me from start to finish.
Not sure if they allow overnight parking or not but i definitely saw guys park back up in staging area after delivery and shutting down for the night.

After reading the reviews, I was prepared for the worst. It wasn't bad at all. Be prepared to pay for the lumper when they call you for your paperwork. I pay with the Relay App, so it's very easy. Be aware that some trucks park out on the street and are NOT in line to get in the gate.

Management I was very concerned when I read the reviews however when I arrived I received a different experience. The guards where courteous and informative. They explained the process parking and going inside to check in. We received a door immediately and was unloaded right away. We paid the lumper fee and wasn’t outrageous especially for water. We were out the facility within 1.5 hours. Thank you for your proficiency!!! Kudos to all employees for your improvement.

Was late for my appointment by 20 minutes. Got the door right away, unloaded in 2 hours with no lumper fee 💪

That’s my second time here, checked in at 8:00 pm for 8:30 pm apt. Got a dock right a way, unloaded in two hours, no lumper, as on my first time here👍but if you want to reschedule your appointment, as I wanted to come here straight through after the pick up, they won’t pickup the phone even if you stay on hold for an hour (I tried)

Had a 2300 appointment and arrived at 2050. They put me on a door and I was unloaded and out of there at 2215

This was the first time delivering here.I brought in a full load of salads here appt 10 pm on Saturday in door before 10 out at 1:30 am bills in hand. They will screen you for weapons before you check in at check in office which is cool to many crazy people out here now days. Friendly staff and one of the cleanest places i have delivered to. For the Drivers leaving bad reviews if you haul produce if you haven't noticed being unloaded in 2 to 3 hrs is about the norm anymore if not longer anywhere you deliver to.

Checked in at 4:30pm for a 9:30 pm appointment guard was super nice let me in and staged until 6 pm got a door right away was unloaded 3.5 hours later clean restroom venting machines and you will be sheared at the receiving entrance door with a metal detector before all in the building but over good place to unload plus a staggering area but no overnight parking have to leave 30 after getting paperwork

They take a little long to unload, but nice people. You can check in after 6pm no matter of appointment time. They have overnight parking. I checked in at 6:20pm for midnight appointment. They gave me a door right away and I was out by midnight. I parked for the rest of the night to get my hour and all went good. 👍

We’re second time here and it was pretty quick (this time it’s only been two hours). We got the door even before the appointment time, they unloaded quick, we didn’t wait for paperwork. Stuff is nice. So our rate is 5 for sure

Based on reviews, my driver have been expecting to spend at least 10 hours. Not this time! 745pm appt, arrived 710pm, got door right away. Unloaded less than 2 hours. Well done!
