The guy at the window was very nice, the strawberry shake looked and tasted great

It was great food I loved it there I definitely enjoyed it I recommend this place

This mcdonalds sucks! The manager is so horrible to customers as well as her workers. We had a quarter hamburger messed up with cheese on it and she went back and yelled at him and made him feel bad. As soon as I walk in she’s getting mad at another customer saying people don’t respect mcdonald's workers enough, but neither does she. You can only get one sauce otherwise you’re charged.

Erin or Derin, was a fantastic representation of the restaurant. He got the food fast and correct, and was making jokes with us through our wait time. Everyone working with him tonight was doing a great job and I thank you for the amazing experience. Keep it up!!

The McDonald's in oconomowoc is amazing, the Delafield McDonald's is horrible i eek never go back but that is not so for oconomowoc. The staff honestly treats you with such respect every time I have come in. Even if they are busy they acknowledge you and tell you they with be with you in just a moment. Also the play place is really clean and nice.

The workers are fast, diligent and respectful. The (what I assume was the manager) was very helpful and polite and helped me make a change to my order after I had placed it. Best McDonalds around. Thanks y’all.

Even the playground is more for older kids the deco is nice.

Received friendly and fast service. Restaurant was very clean. Staff was engaged with their service. Highly recommend.

Reallly fast service w food

So it was super packed at about 9. Waiting in the drive thru for a hot minute. We get our food and it’s all fresh, ready to go as soon as we pull up, handled especially well for how busy it was and they served it with a smile. Big appreciation for an understaffed location still doing the best for people when other places are closed up. No hate just vibes.

The only McDonald's I'll go to within a 30mile radius. I always go in to order because the wait from the drive thru can be a bit long. I never have issues with my order, the workers are nice, it's very clean inside! (Note: I only have ordered breakfast from this location)

This McDonald's always gets my food right and tastes great. Due to the shortage in help expect to wait a little bit longer, but its for above average McDonald's food so... worth it. Not sure who needs to hear this, but take a breathe and no matter where you are give the people working your respect and gratitude. All our retail brothers and sisters deserve it!

I was ordering here and I got a double cheeseburger and a four piece Mcnugget. I first ate my double cheeseburger and when I opened my four piece nuggets, they were perfectly stacked on top of each other. 2 nuggets as the base and then 2 nuggets on top of both of them very neatly and orderly. I was very surprised and impressed to see that at a McDonald's. Idc if this sounds stupid, you would be satisfied to see 4 nuggets stacked perfectly on top of each other

I was with all my kids during a hectic day and we stopped for lunch. I pulled into a parking spot because they had given me a Diet Coke when I asked for a Coke. I got out of my car to get a worker to fix it. A manager then came out and delivered a Coke to my car.
I was eating my deluxe quarter pounder and as I reached for my Coke, my burger feel all over the floor and this manager saw that and immediately offered to make me a new sandwich!!!
So then she came back with a piping hot new deluxe quarter pounder and it was sooooo good!!! Thank you McDonald's in Ocononowoc!!! ❤👏🤗

This might be the old fasion I had before going to Mcdonals but wow did i have the best food ever from there tonight. Whoever is working at the first window pay station spot needs a raise right this minute! He took my order so fast and accurate I almost thought I was at chick fil a. Then you pull up to the window and hes multi tasking, I was impressed because let's face it you never see that kind of attitude at a mcdonalds. But then the food wow the fries were perfectly cooked and salted. My buzzed self was in heaven and then the burgers were perfect to it was like some strange anomaly of wow I don't regret eating this for once in my life.

As a customer the people make you feel like your friends. As a employee they make you feel like family. Overall this is the best experience of my life. I'm back baby. Come visit us anytime and anywhere. I'm loving it. I wouldn't have it another way. I'm living the dream. Paul. We miss you. Come back.
