Foolery's on Okauchee Lake

Fish fry is good. Got the combo, but should have stuck with the cod, the best part. Potato pancakes were good too. Clam chowder was nice. Jalapeno poppers were the hit of the table. Quiet fall evening so service was pretty quick compared to summer.

Great service. Food was outstanding! St first the music was just a little too loud. We asked to have it turned down. Very accommodating, got better. Can't wait to go back in summer. Gorgeous view from the deck of the lake.

Wow, the food here was perfect! Among the best "bar/tavern" food I've ever had - and my two guests agreed. It ranks among the best value and taste anywhere! Our server, Sammi, was gracious and friendly. The Bloody Mary was also excellent! Becca had the Pan-sautéed Walleye - tasty, full of flavor. Sue had the Tenderloin Sandwich - a generous hunk of beef, juicy and tender. Her Tater Tots by the way- were even better than the French Fries - perfect Tater Tots! I had the Prime Rib Dip Sandwich, with caramelized onions, green peppers, mozzarella, mushrooms, au jus, horseradish, J-1 sauce. It was huge and amazing! We were here for lunch and to pick up our "Foolerys Polar Plunge" sweatshirts from New Years Eve. This place is a 40- minute drive from Franklin, but it's well worth the ride. We plan on returning in summer to sit outside by the water! Bravo - Foolery's - you nailed it!

Food is excellent, atmosphere is awesome, bartenders and wait staff are professional and polite, view is awesome and it’s always busy. Burger’s are excellent and even better when they have bison in stock. Seems to be popular and is often sold out but so good when they have it. Sour cream and chive fries are epic.

The atmosphere is as perfect as you can ask for here. Food is really really good no matter what I've ordered it's been made perfect. Staff is very friendly and checking on your table just the right amount of times. Only down fall is I've always waited a long time for the food to arrive. I do get they are busy and in today's economy it's hard finding help so I'm fine with waiting knowing the food is amazing and the scenery outside is beautiful and peaceful. Definitely a must try. If you haven't been here put it on your bucket list.

Had a great first visit, the cheese sauce on the nachos was amazing!!! The smoked brisket was INCREDIBLE! Great fast service during lunch service. Can’t wait to go back in summer when I can see the lake more.

Great place, had some awesome food and drinks..bartender inside knew what he was doing, the waiter seem like he just started 🤷‍♂. It didn't take away from the experience! Nice views! Great burger

Had literally 20min to burn so I stopped for one drink. Bartender was a nice guy, seemed to be a few locals/regulars in there, and they all seemed like good people as I drank/ease dropped in boredom. Would definitely come back here again. A clean and nice place.

Best burger in lake country! Perfect medium rare Cajun burger with house made chips. Cool location right on the lake. I would say the place could use a good deep cleaning and someone to declutter a few supply holding spots. The quality of the burger keeps this at a 5.

I had a great experience at Foolery's. I visited during lunch hour on a Friday. It was busy, but we were able to get a seat on the patio. The view was awesome; lake views. The service was fast. I ordered the bacon avocado wrap with sour cream and chive fries. It was all great.

I really liked this place. I was there for a bloody Mary bar and it was excellent! The chef, Jerry made some hot wings special just for me. They were super spicy (ghost pepper) and very delicious. It was a beautiful day on the outside patio. Thanks!

Good food and drinks, great atmosphere out on the deck, and excellent service. Overall great for a Friday night out!

Like to add . Even though prices went up. If you look open your eyes . Everything you use to buy on a constant bases has gone up.
But hey that economics right?
Well there's alot going on in today's world and most only know how to complain.
I don't frequent Foolery's as much.
But when I do it's always busy and I see servers doing the best they can with a great attitude...
Ps food and prices still hell of alot reasonable than most.

Got a great burger at Foolery’s. Large menu with lots of options to choose from. The burger had solid flavor and came with delicious chips on the side. It’s a nice pub/restaurant right on the water so if you’re out on your boat enjoying the lake, you can cruise right up to one of the docks that Foolery’s has and come in to eat lunch. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stop back if I’m in the area again.

The food took a while, but we were told it and our server kept the drinks full! The staff worked extremely hard. We had a great time. Right on the water. We pulled our boat right up.

Really good fish. Nice variety on menu of Friday fishfry and regular menu. Great tap beer selection.

I had a wonderful Fish Fry birthday dinner out on the deck in November. Service was excellent, as always. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was unbelievable!
