When I arrived in Princeton I was fortunate enough to run into Sunni as I was exploring the local area and looking for a home. She listened to all my thoughts and ideas then started looking. She began sending me listings almost immediately. As we explored these possibilities and I found I had to adjust and change some of my ideas, Sunni changed her search immediately and continued to send me listings that ultimately brought me to the home I now enjoy with my family.

Sunni is amazing! She showed us houses off and on for two years until we were absolutely certain that the house we were buying was our dream home. We put an offer on a house with a contingency to sell our house. With a very short window of time Sunni sold our house and got us the house we have been looking for the past two years. She took care of everything from photos, staging and getting everything in line!

She even contacted the contractors and made sure the repairs were made in a timely manner and that all repairs were in their report. She was very professional at all times. Theres not enough stars! Sunni helped my wife and I purchase a new home while selling our old one. She was beyond patient, and went above and beyond to make it a smooth process.

She is good, very friendly and tries her best professionally. I wanted to take one star off as it was hard to convey over the phone as for some reason she wouldn’t pick the calls often, but she was great at emails and did handle the issues well and helped us and herself get a good deal.
