Savannah was knowledgeable and helpful even when she was busy. Running a team is not easy but she made it look that way. She stepped in when we had questions or when her partner, our realtor Rusty, was with other clients. Rusty was helpful and patient through our 6 month process of searching for a home. We were priced out of most of the markets in the towns and cities we wanted but he remained dedicated in helping us find the right home in an area we would love. He met us at any distance we requested and taught us a lot about the purchasing process and what to look for as well as homeownership. During the time of our house search, Savannah brought on another team member, Joe, who went above and beyond to give us support when we needed it. He even drove an hour out of his way to check on the house we were purchasing the morning of the signing to check if any damage had happened from the storm the previous night! All three were friendly and attentive. The knowledge and advice we gained from this team has already paid off and we are grateful! Savannah’s gift basket was personalized and sweet. So thankful they helped us find our first home even in this difficult market!

Savannah was absolutely amazing. My husband and I had relocated when our house went on the market. But Savannah took charge and made the whole process less stressful. She continually communicated changes to the market and kept us up to date and educated on what our options were. She was very aware of the market and what needed to be done to get our house sold. She listened to us and what our expectations were and she exceeded them every step of the way. Her commitment to us was 100% and we knew it, no question. I would like to note too that the photos and the staging were absolutely stunning. Eye catching and totally brought to the forefront the beauty of the home. Her efforts for scheduling open houses and coordinating creative ways to get our house in front of realtors and buyers was extremely impressive and is what got our home sold.
When we were in need of maintenance, her overwhelming network always came to the rescue. This was extremely helpful specifically once we were living hours away and it could have been very difficult to coordinate repairs/maintenance.

Savannah’s attention to detail and understanding my needs and wants was spot on. She was always going above and beyond for me. Right before I moved in, I had an issue with the refrigerator and she called her contact who immediately contacted me. I also needed a deep clean last minute before I moved in since the people did not do that. She also provided me with three people to contact and I was able to have someone clean the next day. Her professionalism as well as her going above and beyond is why I will always recommend her to whoever needs a realtor!! She is top notch!!!
