We had a fantastic experience yesterday at Mattress Firm with our service expert Mo. Mo asked all the right questions to make sure our purchase was exactly what we needed. The process was smooth and wonderful, and had us out within an hour of starting.
Being in customer service for a long time myself, one key thing that stood out to us was at checkout. A customer walked in and Mo referred to them as a guest. That’s a strong statement for those in retail because we truly think of our customers as a guest when they enter our building.

Absolutely loved that! Keep up the great work and looked forward to a long relationship with Mo and the team there.

Always get amazing service at mattress firm! I highly recommend coming here! You get your needs met. It isn't about money but it's about quality of life! I couldn't stand sleeping on those beds in a box they're not comfy! But at mattress firm they have a variety! I was in an accident in 2019 and I was able to find a bed that best suits my injury! And I'm thankful for that! Thank you!!!! The best customer service as well! They explain everything to you! No hidden nothing! They want you to leave happy!

The staff person in the store worked hard to find just the perfect fit, and even stayed a half hour past closing to get me the best deal. I’d highly recommend this place. I’m so excited about getting my new Purple (brand) king split adjustable bed!

The manager was super helpful! I can be an indecisive person at times and she helped me along the way to make sure I felt good about my choice. It didn’t feel like a car dealership where all they want is to make a sell. Update: Guys just so you understand... The Purple Premier Restore Hybrid came in, its been a week so far... ALLLL my nagging back pain is gone, I am beyond happy with the bed and I can't thank Mo enough for his great recommendation!!

I went in 2 weeks ago to purchased a mattress to go in my daughter's bedroom/guest room. She didn't like the feel of it so we went back to see what they could do. Best mattress experience I’ve had so far! My mom bought a mattress to go in the guest/my bedroom when I visit. Mo took GOOD care of us! I found what I was looking for online, but I wanted my girls to be able to “test the bed”. So, I went into the store to do just that. I was greeted the moment we walked into the store, and I let the sales rep know why we were there. He didn’t have the exact same mattress in the store, but he directed us to one that was very similar. My girls tested the bed. We were satisfied and we were going to leave, and I was going to go home and purchase the mattresses online. However, the rep let me know that he could order the same mattresses, for the “Special Deal” price I found online. So, we took care of it in the store. Everything worked out great.

The store has a very large selection to choose from but that was not the most important reason I was impressed. Joel took the time to find out why I was shopping for a new mattress and explained which products addressed my particular needs. Further, there was no push to sell me a particular unit, rather, he had me inspect several to compare the various features. It was a learning experience for me and I’m happy to recommend Joel and the Wylie store.

After tirelessly surfing the net for a good deal decided to come in and try it out. I got more insight on what I wanted and what would be a great fit for me as well as a great customer service experience with Mr. Mao. Basically came in confused and left happy with my purchase and a good price deal.
