Purple Elephant Smoke Shop

I have been visiting purple elephants over the last six months to a year, and I’ve been happy at every opportunity I have had to try their amazing products! I’m even seeing some stuff I suggested to the staff showing up and at excellent prices. Especially would suggest trying the THC a products they now carry. Everyone is always so friendly and happy to talk to you about what exactly you’re looking for. Five star service all the way.

I drive 45 mins to go to this smoke shop only! They literally have EVERYTHING I am ever looking for, they are the coolest, most knowledgeable and the most helpful people. The shop is clean and inviting! Def will continue to be the only smoke shop I spend my money at!!!

I must give proper Commendation to the gentleman who was here closing tonight on Thursday May 26th.(midnight on 5/27 technically) I had just broken my only remaining piece of glass and it was eight minutes till they closed. My husband called up there and let them know I would be there right at midnight and he did not hesitate to be more than welcoming. I ended up actually being about two minutes late and he was more than happy to wait on me, and greeted me with a smile on his face. I know that is not a huge feat, but most employees in the retail world would have locked the door 5 minutes early and not have taken care of me. That is why I pass 2 other smoke shops on my way to Purple Elephant but I will consistently use this shop every time! It really is the smallest gestures that mean the most in terms of customer service. Job well done!

This place is definitely worth visiting. The owner is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to help with what I was looking for after other places in Wylie/Plano/McKinney weren’t able to. The prices are reasonable and good quality. I will definitely be back! I’m so glad to have a good smoke shop nearby.

All I can say is these people are awesome, came in looked around, had so many options to choose, the gentleman was very helpful and informative about what I needed And really reasonable prices. I Will definitely come back and will most definitely recommend you guys to my friends.
