I really liked the staff they were all friendly. We liked the doctors as well. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks so glad I found them.

Staff was caring and very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make our dog, and us , feel comfortable. His knee surgery was explained clearly, his recovery went well, and post-op care was comprehensive.
I definitely will recommend Highland Eldorado Vet to friends with pets in need of care.

Dr. Anthony was so good with my cat, she has such a great “bedside” manner. I loved the feedback she gave me during the entire process in treating my cat, it is never easy to have a sick pet but she made the experience so much easier to deal with. The doctors and staff are great most of the time. We have been seeing Dr Taylor for years but Dr Feltrin and Dr Trigg are very good too

I came to Highlands-Eldorado because my Scott American Bulldog, Rosie the Riveter, had ruptured both of her cranial cruciate ligaments (ACL ligaments in people) and needs double knee surgery. I was immediately impressed with Dr. Taylor's welcoming personality, his knowledge and experience performing the latest, and less invasive, CCL surgical methods, his willingness to thoroughly explain every aspect of the surgery/PT/etc. & answer my many questions.

Rosie just had her first CCL surgery. Dr. Taylor called to let me know the procedure was a success! He also sent a video showing her alert and ambulating (with a cast) only a few hours after the surgery!

I am so glad to have found Dr Taylor and Highlands-Eldorado Veterinary Hospital! Rosie is my 4-legged child, and I love her beyond words. Knowing Dr. Taylor is taking care of her, reduces my worries to minimum! 🐶

Update July 2023

Rosie is back home and doing great! I bought her some doggie jim-jams to keep her from licking her stitches. The pj's were so cute I had to get a matching pair for her little brother, Johnny Ringo. (See attached video)

Dr. Taylor was the veterinarian to perform my dog’s surgery on a torn ACL/CCL. During the consultation, he was informative about the different methods to repair my dog’s CCL and presented educational materials for us to go over at home. I’m glad I chose this clinic because my dog couldn’t bare weight on his injured leg for more than 30 seconds, now about 5 months post surgery, my dog is running around and able to play fetch with no issues. I’m so happy with my dog’s progress and loved how Dr. Taylor and his staff were able to answer any questions I had.

My sweet Maltese broke his leg pretty badly and Dr T took excellent care of him. Surgically repaired with a plate and screws and you can hardly tell anything ever happened. They have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Dr T and all of the staff at Highlands Eldorado Vet hospital. Our poor boxer had to have double knee surgery and their team went above and beyond to insure his improvement. We have used Highlands Eldorado for normal vet visits for both of our dogs, emergency visits and have always felt they love our pets just as much.

In my opinion, the vets and staff truly care about our fur babies. They have seen our dogs for almost two years after receiving less than good service from other providers in the area.

Our pets have been well taken care of for the last 25 years at Highlands Eldorado Vet Hospital. The staff and vets are knowledgeable and friendly and the location can't be beat!

We had a wonderful vist with Dr. Taylor and everyone at the office. Everyone was very friendly and informative and I felt very comfortable with my decision to have them do surgery on Bella's CCL. Soon she will be back to her normal self and no limping!

We have been clients of Highlands Eldorado Veterinary Clinic for over 16 years. Dr. Taylor and his staff are amazing, and we feel very blessed to have such a wonderful veterinary clinic that takes such good care of our dogs!

We were looking for a second opinion in a CCL case for our female boxer and Dr Taylor was able to provide detailed explanations about options, pros and cons.... Great advice and now -without the need of another surgery- our dog Letty is progressing well ! Thanks Dr Taylor and staff : )

Dr. Taylor and his staff were so great in working in my boy Chance on a busy Monday. He was limping and they were able to complete x-rays and consult with a radiologist and get me the medication to start the healing! I have always been happy with the compassion and care they give my dogs.

We love Dr Taylor. He is very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and if you ask him, straight to the point. I trust him implicitly with my animals and wont go anywhere else.

Dr Taylor and his staff are amazing. We took our old boxer in for euthanasia and they were so
Compassionate. I had been taking my dogs to vaccination station to save some money since we had 3 dogs, but just visiting them again makes me think twice. While we save some money, the care we receive from Highland-Eldorado is worth the price. Thank you for your compassion and taking the time to sit with m husband and I over this agonizing decision.

Dental surgery & neutering for my little rescue, Toby. The staff, as always, were so careful with my little guy. He was back to his peppy self the same evening I brought him home. The doctors have exceptional skills with big and small animals.

I was devastated when our sweet 3 year old Italian Mastiff tore her ACL. I was scared for her. Not many are comfortable with large dogs but it warms our heart that our baby was treated like we treat her. The care was outstanding. I don't live around the corner or in the area but we will gladly make the hour drive due to these wonderful people and I will sing the praise of Dr Taylor to anyone who will listen. These guys are simply amazing! My dog has a tight rope procedure on his rear left leg. His ACL was torn. He absolutely loves going back for his visits. He loves these people and they love him!! The care is outstanding! Dr. Taylor is so knowledge, very explanatory, and genuinely loves my Rocky. It’s about the animals here not the money!
