I know other people had bad experiences but I honestly like that they don’t berate you with asking if you need help. The store manager is one of the most helpful people, she might not be the friendliest, but she really will go through a lot of trouble to help out. She definitely goes above and beyond to help customers out. The key here is you do have to ask. If you shop here often enough, she remembers who you are.

I was treated very well . The associate was very pleasant she was very conversational and friendly.

I have spoken to some of the ladies here before and they were very nice but this time I was looking for something specific while my children were not cooperating well. I was holding an item in my hand and looking to find the right sizes in other items. I watched other customers get help but no one acknowledged me. I finally asked about sizes and while the cashier was nicer about it an older thin lady answered me with a blunt scowl and attitude. I felt so unwelcome. I don’t usually expect extra help in stores but at a time I obviously needed it, in a “nicer” store, where other customers got help, it would have been nice to have been asked.

Extremely horrible customer service. I am a poc and walked in without being greeted. I was searching for clothes for a photo shoot. I walked around the store without being asked if I needed help, while the employees talked about personal problems. Never once asking if I needed assistance. As I was walking out when I honestly would've purchased if it wasn't for the horrible customer service. They proceeded to great a Caucasian lady as soon as she walked in and asked if she needed assistance. The young black employee saw the lock of disgust on my face as I walked out of the store.

The lady at the store is extremely rude and they were discussing their personal stuff.. she annoyed my baby as well.

To go along with the previous reviews, this Janie and Jack location has some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. My wife and I went into the store to look for new born outfits and had the worst experience we could have ever imagined. We were the only “customers” in the store and were ignored by the two associate workers that were in on duty. They never said hello, can we help you, and never acknowledged we were there. Nice clothes, but horrible customer service. If your considering shopping here, I would recommend that you skip it and go to Osh Kosh or Carter’s.

This location has some of the worst customer service that i have ever experience. They had gestures that did not want the customers who came to the store, whose faces did not smile. I do not recommend that you go because you cannot even get the necessary answers to the questions you ask

Absolutely horrible! As a sales clerk or manager your job is to sell, help your customers! I was ignored by 2 associates. I went in with a purpose and went to 3 other stores to avoid giving them my money!
