Banana Republic Factory Store

I came here today to pick up an online order. The staff was courteous and prompt in retrieving my order. The store is nice and organized. I would go back again to do more shopping.

This outlet of banana republic always is well stocked with good offers in place. We prefer some formal and casual clothing shopping from this outlet.

New styles from last season at great prices. The shop is surprisingly organized.

Tony , the store manager was extremely friendly and welcoming . He went out of his way to get me a shirt that was on the mannequin . He did what it takes to get me what I wanted ! Exceptional customer service . The store feels like it’s got a breath of fresh air ! Congratulations to Tony Mowtaja.

My boyfriend always finds a hard time finding pants that fit him because his waist is so thin but when we came to look inside this store....its like they had everything laid out for him! I ended up walking out with 2 pairs of pants, a shirt and a dress shirt! Definitely will be coming back !!!!!!

Here we are, banana republic🍌, I've been shoppong in this store for already several years. What are my thoughts, and why do I keep shopping for clothing in a place that has banana in it's name?
1. Quality - man anything you buy from this store is of a decent/good quality, there are so little clothing pieces in this store that you'l be able to find with low quality. With the quality comes valuez with value comes high prices, but trust me, it's worth it. And there are plenty of affordable items here so you don't bave to spend a fortune here.
2. Style - this store is not for everyone as it has distinct targeted audience, most of the items here are of business/business casual style, but they are of a nice minimalistic syle and with comparibly high quality of fabric which will last for a good amount of time.
3. Fitting rooms are clean and almost always they have empty cabines there. Never had to wait in a line to try a piece of clothing, which is definitely an advantage.
Afterall if you have an interview coming up or just looking to update your profession wardrobe you'll most likely find what you're looking for in this store with a good quality and a decent price.

Was running late to a meeting and my shirt that I had bought a week earlier from this location ripped in a noticeable spot. I ran in and asked what they could do, not only did they replace it, they offered to steam it for my meeting. Manager knows how to earn loyal customers that's for sure!

Love this location for petite clothing! The staff always makes sure to help you find the right sizing and checkout is friendly. I appreciate the variety of petite selection at this store compared to other stores and they are up to date.

The material of the cloth is just too comforting and soft! Every penny worth spent here.

This is by far and away my favorite store in Allen outlet. their collection is catered to the trendy office going crowd and I love their designs.

There is always more variety than regular banana republic, very reasonable prices plus great quality.
