Wonderful staff and vet. Very organized and easy to get an appointment. Our sweet Metta has been going here since 2021 and she loves everyone here. Clean facilities and the vets truly care about the animals. They sit down on the floor with Metta to make her feel comfortable during the exams. Love it here!

Today was my first visit, and I loved it! I was scheduled with Dr. Lutz (loved her, and I think Kouga did too), and I was a little nervous because my dog is anxious and strong. Bad combo. But, they got everything done! Everyone was very personable too. We can’t wait to come back for his mid-year visit!

I've not personally used this vet, but my mom recently passed away and she took her cat here. She's always had nice things to say about this vet, and they were super helpful when I called them to update her cats records and sent me information on Beamer to send to my vet, his new home.

The absolute best staff! We have never called or come and had any issues - they are always smiling, happy and welcoming! They treat our dog like she is one of their own and we appreciate and love that so much. 10/10 recommended all around!

The doctors at Timber Ridge treat your pets like small furry humans using the latest diagnostic testing to establish a wellness baseline so they can detect and understand what shifted if and when your pet suffers from illness. They call to checkup on your pets after non-wellness appointments to answer any ongoing questions and verify their prescribed treatments are working as expected. We feel confident our two dogs are receiving the best care possible.

The Vet & entire staff are kind, professional, & welcoming. They are thorough & put pets & owners at ease.

What stood out to me was that the pets arriving for appointments weren’t scared to be there as you see at many vets clinics.

As a bonus they have a sweet cat assisting at the desk.

The doctors and staff here are always attentive, professional, and kind. They treat your pets as if they were their own.

Anytime someone says they are looking for a vet, Timber Ridge is the first I recommend.

We came here off of recommendations from a neighbor. Holli had a great visit. Staff were friendly and Dr. Lutz took the time to explain what tests were going to be run and why.

They are so amazing. They truly care for your pet as if it’s their own, and the staff is very friendly and informative. My dog gets excited to go to the vet which I feel can be a rare thing for dogs to be excited for. This facility is always clean and the service is second to none. Hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. 11/10 would (and do) recommend to anybody who wants the best care for their pets.

Dr.Melanie, the other vets as well as the technicians could not be nicer to me and my pets. Dr. Mel is my favorite and first vet I met so I always try to set appointments with her. But even with a serious issue and being a weekend I found just as much caring with another Vet in her office. I feel very confident taking my pets here.

We were one and done here….in a good way! We’re first time dog owners in 2020 and uncertain how to go about picking a vet from so many choices! We decided to start close to home, plus TRAMC had pretty good reviews, so we chose them. So glad we did! Even during Covid Dr Lutz, Dr Mel, and the entire staff were great. They are consistently kind, friendly, helpful, and understanding, not to mention reasonably priced for services provided, in our opinion. They never forget our fur baby Charlie Brown even though (thankfully) he doesn’t have to visit too often. I know I can just call them if I have a question or concern and they’re always responsive, they get us in ASAP if need be. After 2 years ….we’re so glad we chose TRAMC and have never felt the need to go elsewhere. Great people! Great facility! Highly recommend!

Timber Ridge is a awesome place to take my two girls Gretchen & Jazzy. Excellent care for the girls and they love going after they get in .

We have taken all of our animals (past and present) and couldn't be happier. The care our fur babies received is unmatched. There are times our dog doesn't acknowledge we are leaving him there. He just goes to the staff like they're family. Do yourself and your fur babies a favor and make TRAC part of your family!

Love the staff here. The veterinarians truly care about their patients(your fur babies) and I haven't experienced this level of care anywhere else. They offer free 6 month check up for your fur babies as well. Highly recommend. Female owned business!!!!!!

We love Dr Melanie and the staff at Timber Ridge. They always make my dogs and I feel comfortable when we go. They are wonderful people to work with and truly care about our family.

They also offer boarding, which i haven't used, but my neighbor has many times and won't go anywhere else.

I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a vet in the area.

Having lived out in rural DFW, I had not found a place with the kind of attention and care of clients and animals that I’ve come to expect. Timber Ridge Animal Clinic met all the marks for me. They’re well priced, they’re attentive, they’re accommodating, their staff is kind and knowledgeable, and the get back to you when they say they will. In spite of them being busy, you don’t get a sense that they are because they take the time to walk you through procedures and explain what’s needed. They’re one of two vets that trust with my four legged family members. Well done Team at Timber a ridge.

They are amazing. Our girl got bitten on the leg by another dog requiring surgery and stitches. They were able to get us in that day (on a holiday). They were very good to her and explained everything to us. Their estimated cost was very close and the price reasonable, especially compared to what an emergency vet would have charged.

We had lived in the area for a year and seen 3 vets, none of which we felt comfortable with. Until we met her.
We took our German Shepard to Melanie when his back went out. It was the worse experience of our lives. Within a day he went from running 5miles to unable to stand. He was in constant pain & we felt completely helpless.
She fixed him. It took like 4 months for him to get back to normal but she fixed him. And she was wonderful with him & us. Explaining everything in detail & letting us know options. She recommended bed rest & a few medications to let it heal itself. She explained more invasive options but we went with her recommendation.
Her employees are amazing as well. Very sweet, they love animals, & patient. We started having one dog sit for us while on vacation & we love him too! We can leave knowing our 8 year old puppy is on his normal schedule & well taken care of.

I absolutely love Timber Ridge. We started using them for our Rottweilers & now we see them for our cats. When our rotties both passed away they cared for us beyond what we were expecting. It definitely made some of the hardest times of our life more bearable. They’ve treated us like family from day one and it’s always so easy to get an appointment. Also, while their prices are sometimes a little higher than some of the other vets around, I never have an issue paying a little bit more money for the quality of care you get from the moment you walk in the door. We won’t take our pets anywhere else.

I absolutely loved Timber Wolf. I adopted Frasier a month ago and he was due for some medicine and a check up.. everyone was so sweet with him and caring. They gave me great advice on what medicine to give him and helped me feel at ease as a first time dog owner. I am all set up and feel so great with him under their care. I will for sure be back! The facility is also so nice and clean - a huge plus for me.
