Amazing experience! Kathryn and Makayla were helping me with charms for my daughters. Ended up not buying anything, but will be back with my girls. They showed me all these cool ways to decorate the shoes too!

A good variety of crocs! They are taking good precautions in this pandemic, not allowing a lot of people in at the same time.

I went there with a friend to buy some shoes for her mother ; who does my same size then I tried them she bought and we left but I left a bag from a next door store in the floor yesterday late night . Today morning I went there and the ladies where so honest and kind then gave me my bag with all my shopping inside. It feel so well to have such a Honest people in the Outlet mall 🥰. I visited this location on a trip to visit family. I do not have a Crocs store near me, and usually have to purchase online. I purchased a pair of Crocs & a Jibbitz charm, & had a good experience in-store.

However, after two weeks of owning my clogs the design started to literally flake off. I own, and love, several pairs of Crocs and had never had this issue. I was NOT planning on returning these shoes, so I threw away the receipt right after purchase. After reaching out online to Crocs Customer Service they asked for a receipt for exchange. I decided to call the store to see if they could possibly look up my receipt. I was expecting that it probably wouldn’t be possible, but I figured why not and give it a try… if they weren’t able to, it would’ve been okay.

Kathryn answered the call and went above and beyond with her customer service. She was so pleasant and professional. I know that is a busy location, and I was so grateful that she took time off the floor to send me a copy of my receipt. She was so kind and conversational during the process as well. Thank you so much again Kathryn, for your great customer service!

There is a man there that is superior in his job, I don't know his name, yet he is very knowledgeable in his field. The shoes/ crocs are awesome. We are quite pleased with this store.

I had been looking for a pair of Crocs for awhile, so my aunt and I stopped by to see if we could find any in my size that I liked. Right away, Chloe offered to assist us and was extremely kind and helpful. She looked around for any in my size, recommended me a couple of pairs, and even checked in the back to see if they had a specific pair I liked that would fit. She was so helpful. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in the area.

Love this store, this is the only location that I purchase my Crocs from. They have a great variety and the service is always outstanding! Esmeralda (I think that's her name) is one of the sales associates, she is so quick to help me and make sure my visit is pleasurable.

Came here earlier around 11:30 and my daughter was looking at crocs and the girl Avery was so helpful!! Went in the back to show my daughter different crocs and my daughter is shy but she actually talked to Avery because she was so friendly. Avery needs a raise !!! 🙌

I love coming to this Crocs place at the Allen Outlet Mall. I had to return a pair of shoes twice because it did not fit me and the staff, Ms. Lupe and Ms Jessica provided such excellent customer service. There were no problems with returns since I had my receipt. They are super friendly and very professional. I love coming in here. Also, Crocs shoes are designed very modern look. I LOVE THAT. I wear Crocs shoes 24/7.I wear them at work and at home . I have a slight plantar fascitis problem. And their shoes are slightly elevated for my high arched feet. I purchased 4 pairs the other day due to the Sale Event they were currently having. There are so many choices for me to choose from. Great Customer Service at this place. I recommend shopping at this location.

Staff is AMAZING. Everyone there was helpful and bring different styles for me to try. Offered the shoe cleaner and talked me into buying 4 pairs. Jessica and Cameron and the rest of the team know their shoes.
