Easy to find, suite number is clearly marked. Inside of it looks so peaceful. It is a good place to sit and wait if you need to do so. My RX was ready just like they said it would be, and I didn't get any smirks or mean comments about what did I need that stuff for. Yay, dignity! Really appreciate the kindly folks at Lifetime Pharmacy.

The service at Lifetime Pharmacy is excellent. The pharmacists and staff are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and approachable. They take the time to answer all my questions, provide clear explanations about my medications, and offer valuable advice on managing my health.

I love this pharmacy! It’s very personable and I can pick up my Rx quick! Everyone in there is very kind and helpful - even when I call in for questions! Thank you for a great pharmacy experience!

Today was my first time using this pharmacy. My son’s physician suggested them for his new medication. Although it’s 30 minutes from my house, since I trust the physician, I said I would give them a try. They had the medication in stock and it was filled and ready within 15 minutes of the physician sending it to them. They called and offered to courier, but I needed it today. When I walked in, the pharmacy was extremely clean and all 3 individuals working were so incredibly pleasant. After using big box pharmacies for so long, my visit today was more than a breath of fresh air. I look forward to seeing them again in a month.

I switched to Lifetime Pharmacy when I lived in Frisco and I could not be happier with my decision. Locally owned pharmacy with professional staff who go the extra mile. Most importantly, their service is prompt and super friendly and they are more than willing to answer your questions with patience. You have a customer for Life!

Highly recommend Lifetime Pharmacy in Frisco. The customer service has been excellent from the promptness of filling prescriptions to notifications that they are ready to be picked up. They have made calls to Dr.‘s offices when need for clarification and in general have taken the “stress” out of the process of getting prescriptions filled timely. I have had multiple prescriptions filled with them now, and Siri has always been so helpful! Lifetime Pharmacy will be my “go to” pharmacy from now on!

Siri and her staff are very professional, personable, and knowledgeable, and I absolutely love them! They deliver my meds to my home, and I never have to wait on hold when I call them. Lifetime Pharmacy is the greatest pharmacy you will find. Customer service is the main focus. The pharmacist Siri is always welcome to questions and go the extra mile. She goes out of her way to drop prescriptions off at our house, to our door. Truly a great place! Please support them!!!

Through the years, I have always been to larger pharmacy chains like CVS and Walgreens for all my medication needs. Only recently I happened to use Lifetime Pharmacy in Frisco for vaccination for my daughter and I am glad I did. I experienced a very professional, timely and knowledgeable customer service by the staff there. I later filled a couple of prescriptions with them and they always provided the same level of personalized service. Going forward, Lifetime Frisco will be my go-to Pharmacy for all my future pharmacy needs.

What a find!! Such a pleasure to deal with! Siri (pharmacist) and Nick were SO helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They definitely went above and beyond to take care of our needs, and better pricing than at the other chain pharmacies!! No waiting for our flu shots and clean and new, and all covid19 precautions in place. We will definitely be returning for our pharmacy needs!

Lifetime Pharmay is doing excellent customer service by filling prescription on time and delivering prescription on time and providing excellent customer Servive. I can say one of the best Pharmacy store in frisco. Siresha is the pharmacist she is well taken care with patient needs and counseling patients how to take medication. Siresha is taken care during Covid time also. I will recommend lifetime pharmacy for all type of prescription and meet Siresha for your medication counseling.

I’ve been to the pharmacy a couple times during my visit to Frisco and they have exceptional customer service. Their staff especially pharmacists were very patient and answer all of my questions. They treat you like family and go out of the way to help customers. Highly recommend!!

I am getting my medications from Lifetime Pharmacy for about a year. Their customer service is great. They are prompt with refills, they do home delivery. I always use home delivery. Highly recommend.

Lifetime Pharmacy, Friso, brings back customer service into Pharmacy business. Our kids needed urgent medication on the weekend and Siri(the owner) went above & beyond to open up the pharmacy on a Sunday to take care of us. Siri, is exceptional, dedicated and committed to her customers!Tired of big box pharmacies and will never go back now!

Hands down my favorite pharmacy, I used to go to the one in Allen, and when I moved I was so sad it was going to be so far from me; but thankfully they opened this one up!
