I just left H2O and the OWNER was very rude to me!! As a customer. I explained to her that I had been in the store previous to fill my water bottles up and I left them with to younger guys to fill with Alkaline water. I made a joke that the kids may have throwing my bottles around and did not want to acknowledge they cracked them. She became extremely defensive making faces as if I was lying to her about my experience and speaking very slow to me. I explained that I left my bottles there to be filled up and she stated, “why didn’t you put them in your car instead leaving them here?” I explained that you guys were out of alkaline water and they said it would it in a few hours and the young men would call me once they were ready. I would like to think that this was related to race but judging by her behaviors and actions what else could it be. I had no reason to lie about this the containers I put my water in were only 7 bucks a piece! She stated she would look on her cameras at home and would be shocked to see if the young men were throwing my bottles. After she says she would go back and look at the cameras she states she wants me to have the best experience! How is that when you just insinuated I was lying or that there deceit! I was never offered to money for my containers or even a free fill up! I won’t be going here anymore to get my water and if is the actions of the owner I would encourage others to not do business with these people.

This young guys who are now running the location are lying to customers who are buying alkaline water. They are selling tap water as alkaline water we had them test the water and it had a ph of 7 which is neutral . To be considered alkaline it has to be at least at ph of 8 and have calcium and oxidating properties. We have been buying water from these locations for years the water use to be excellent so we noticed immediately the switch in change. The water taste like regular sink water save your money.
