Toyota Plano made buying my new (used) car incredibly easy. I was from out of town from the dealership and found a car I loved online and they worked with me to secure it to buy. The car was even better looking and condition than pictures online. Their salesman Ash and Patrick were friendly and made the whole process quick and easy when I arrived in town to finish the paperwork and drive off. Excellent experience

They’re a bit on pricey side but, I am always happy with service provided by Toyota. Waiting area is nice with coffee and water provided. They need more TVs and need to have some free snacks with an upgraded coffee system to offer cappuccinos and lattes. For the prices they charge, that have the ability to upgrade coffee.

Service department is great, they always fix my issues, repair and maintain my car! They wash and leave it in excellent condition, I like taking my car there and feel the difference in driving immediately!! Great customer service and experience.

Salesman Ali's professionalism and kindness made my buying experience enjoyable, and Donald from finance ensured a seamless process. I left with a new car after trading in my previous vehicle, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my visit. Comfortable experience buying a car? Yes! The salesman was warm and welcoming, up front about the process, and kept away from typical high pressure sales tactics. Add in the fact that I believe I got a great deal on a new 4Runner, and you have a winning combination.

For the first time ever since buying my car from Toyota and bringing my car into the service department each service member I would see would be very stand offish and just had an attitude. However today my service advisor was Kenneth Mccorkle and he was so friendly, kind and patient! He was absolutely wonderful!! I felt welcomed, informed about my car and well taken care of. He made my experience lovely and going forward would love my service appointments scheduled with him. I highly recommend him!!

Buying our new vehicle was a wonderful experience at Toyota of Plano. Verdan was extremely attentive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The process of getting into a vehicle here was so smooth and everyone was great! Miguel was the sales person and was extremely helpful, I wasn’t sure how it was going to go, but Toyota has a lifetime customer. Donald was amazing in the finance team and thanks to James the sales manager for being so accommodating and answering all of my questions.

It was amazing. The best car buying experience ever. They were extremely honest. I live in Houston and drove to Plano because I felt they genuinely cared. Ash was God send. He worked tirelessly via text, emails and phone calls making sure I fully understood everything. In Houston, I did not find that type of service or attention. It was a breath of fresh air to have the General manager introduced himself and ask how was the experience. I highly recommend Toyota Plano without any reservations whatsoever!

I just moved to Plano and this is my first time at Toyota of Plano Service. I love the convenience of scheduling your car service on line. Upon arrival, everything was efficient and most of the staff were friendly, approachable and professional. I came in for a regular 5000 oil change and maintenance - but they let me know that my brakes needed changing and they were able to fix it without having to make another new appointment.
Nice job and keep up the good work!
My only "negative" feedback is the waiting area does not have refreshment options. Most Toyota Service waiting areas will have a full stock of flavored coffees, a choice of teas, and snacks. Unfortunately, the Toyota of Plano waiting area only had coffee. Perhaps in the future they can upgrade the refreshment station.
Also - the receptionist at the front desk was not very nice or friendly. She was also not helpful when I asked her some questions. Please coach her to be more customer service minded and be more friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Pouria and Matt from sales were very patient and got me the deal that I needed. I recommend working with them and will be coming back again for one of dad’s car for trade in.

Toyota Plano was a great experience in spite of the unfortunate reason I was there trying to find a car. From Tip my sales guy to Jeremy the general manager and don't let me forget my sweet genuine finance guy. They have even sent several emails to be sure all is well. So nice to not be forgotten the minute the sale is closed and you leave the building.

Great facility and team at Toyota of Plano. I was impressed with the sales lead, Jeff Nixon, in particular. Jeff made the entire process of reviewing and purchasing a vehicle very straightforward and simple. Jeff had a thorough knowledge of the vehicle and was highly responsive to all my questions even after I had left the dealership. Best buying experience I've had at a dealership.

Friend and helpful staff. Really appreciate the speedy service, especially the promote and status updates along the way. The service portal was also easy to access and understand. The fact I was able to review, approve and pay for the service items made the whole process very efficient and easy.

Sal, my service manager, was great and kept me updated throughout my appointment and set clear expectations for service duration. Very respectful and professional! Great first impression with Toyota of Plano service department. The ladies at the checkout counter were also very nice!

Went in a few days later to get a copy of my key and that was done in approximately 30 minutes. Sal was again very professional and made sure my appointment went well and done early. It shows when someone cares about doing a great job.

Great experience. My service advisor Cody is very customer service oriented. I went to Toyota of Plano due to several bad experiences with my local dealer. Well worth the extra drive. Would recommend using them.

I have been going to Toyota of Plano to service my Tacoma for a couple of years. The place is top notch. The waiting area is large and very comfortable. Service reps are professional and courteous. They do a very good job taking care of customers.

Today I went again and my service rep was Kassi. She was great at explaining details about my extended warranty and answering questions. The whole experience was very pleasant.
