I love the fact that I called and inquired about transferring my prescriptions to Baylor mail ordering and was very pleased with how swiftly they were delivered, and the best part is the delivery was free. The staff is really helpful and always ready to assist.

Super easy to work with everyone here and have only had good interactions with everyone. I love that the pharmacy is right below my PCP and if I ever need anything from a doctors visit it’s generally ready by the time I’m checking out which is super appreciated!

Great pharmacy. I always get a call when my prescriptions are ready and it's so much more convenient bc there's never a line in the drive through. They get you in/out in about 5 mins. I used to dread going to the pharmacy (CVS/Walgreens) bc it's always rush hour and backed up there. But not at Baylor. They also actually pick up the phone!

I went there on 3/24/2023. I recently went to see my orthopedic. I had a paper prescription. Never thought of going to BSW for a prescription. I went in and got direct attention from staff members! Got in and out in under 5 mins! Love this place and will continue to keep coming here! Thank you Baylor!

I receive medications via mail. Very easy. Staff is always friendly and go above and beyond to get my one-time prescriptions at the best price. They transferred prescription, will contact doctor for alternatives, answer phone promptly.

I love this pharmacy. Everyone is so nice. I live in Lewisville but I will continue to drive to Frisco.

They can't do their jobs correctly. Every month there's some kind of confusion. I just spent 15 minutes there talking with a guy who told me my medication was at a different location. When I drove to the other location I was told that it was still at the location I just left. Now there's no time to get the medication before it closes. So glad it's not a blood thinner or something. I need to stay alive.

Went to pick up prescriptions. At entry of property sign on door states masks recommended. As I entered pharmacy I was advised that masks are required and staff directed me to a second door I entered at the property. I advised them I did not have a mask and the sign said that masks were recommended. They directed me me to a sign on second door stating masks required. I asked do you have a mask and their reply was we can sell you one for a dollar. I walked.I have no problem wearing a mask, but if required then they should provide one. Additionally, the property clearly provides contradictory messaging as it regards mask. I plan on utilizing mail order or another pharmacy in the future.

I have no insurance right now and have been paying cash. I tell them this when I call for my refill. Theyve canceled my prescriptions, with no notification, stating that they are waiting for updated insurance information. I don’t find out until either my prescription doesn’t come in the mail or I when I get to the pharmacy. They’ve made multiple other mistakes over the years but because of the insurance I had, I had to use them. I will not be using any Baylor pharmacy from now on. They are also rude and unapologetic when they make mistakes. Uncaring of how their actions affect their patients. They need better communication amongst themselves and with patients. Im so happy that I now have options of who I use to fill my medications.

I have to get my 90 day prescriptions through BSW and there aren't any near me so I switched to mail order through the BSW portal and ordered the refill and entered payment information. Because I had never ordered at this particular BSW pharmacy before they needed to verify my mailing address and payment information but rather than contact me for this they just canceled my order. I finally called them to find out where my meds are and that what they told me. They will now mail them in two days and I will run out of one of my medications while gone a a trip for the week. Why the hell would you cancel and order instead of making 1 phone call.

Would give zero stars if I could. Drove 20 minutes for a vaccine appointment. Stood in line feeling invisible for 12 minutes (after arriving 7 minutes early) and was then told it would be another 20-30 minute wait for the shot. I left without the shot and will NEVER go back. Afterall, this was the second time it happened there and "twice, shame on me", right?!!
