I had a dentist write me an antibiotic prescription when I had a bad toothache and a different big-chain pharmacy only told me it wasn't in stock and that it had to be specially ordered and would be there in a week. I came to Health One and the pharmacist here reviewed the prescription and saw the dentist wrote a non-standard dosage amount, which is why no one had it in stock. They were able to adjust it using a standard dosage and provide me the meds immediately. The pharmacist also shared some helpful information on different vitamins that help support the gums and how they work and answered other random questions I had on supplements and health. I really appreciated the one-on-one care received at Health One! The price was the same or less than the big chains but the attention and help was unmatched.

Thomas at health one pharmacy is a great provider and truly cares about his patients. When I got sick last month, I filled a prescription there and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they give me a lot of good info, but Thomas followed up with me almost daily until I was feeling better. There should be more providers like this that truly care about their patients and just want to help people. This is the place to go to if you want great care from someone who is trying to make a difference. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Thomas and his team. They were professional, and very knowledgeable. Thomas went out of his way to follow up on our family, calling me to make sure that we were alright, and that our symptoms were manageable.

First time at 20 years old getting prescribed medication for myself and Boney made the process nice and easy. The prices are no joke, without insurance I left the pharmacy with my wallet still full. I had been using a grocery store pharmacy for almost 10 years and lately the price had climbed with no change in product and a great inability (or reluctance) to advocate for me in any matter prescription or inoculation related. Dr. Thomas, the HealthOne pharmacist responded with an immediate transfer of my prescriptions and gave me pricing that seems to be 30% less. Without insurance!!!! This was my first experience with them and will expect further good experiences.

Wonderful Pharmacy and staff!!! I registered for my COVID at Health One and many other places in Frisco TX. Health One called me within five days and scheduled me for my shot on March 8th for the J&J vaccine, two weeks later I started getting replies from the other locations where I registered. Thanks Health One Pharmacy!!!

Amazing experience! I requested a medication; they contacted the doctors office, transferred the prescription from Walgreens, AND delivered to my home in a matter of 3 hours! WOW excellent service! Definetely would recommend to everyone!
