Oliver was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us all the variations of firm mattresses and showed us how use of the adjustable base could offer an even better relaxation and sleep. We ended up choosing a Hybrid mattress since it was one my husband and I could both agree on for comfort. Went with a signature base as well. It will be delivered to us and we have one month to change our minds (I doubt we will but nice to know). Looking forward to a good nights sleep... finally!

Jannel was great to work with and very patiently worked with us to explain the differences. She took us from being in an information gathering phase to being able to make a purchase. We loved working with her!

We were greeted upon arrival and Oliver Cook was not salesy, but informative and patient. We tried several beds and he knew the details of each type we were looking at! Without pressure, but highly informed, we came to a decision on a mattress that should last us at least 10 years, and is an investment into our wellness!

We bought a mattress last week and it wasn't firm enough because my husband is a bigger guy and we went back in & the sales lady was very helpful as this wasn't the original store of purchase. She helped us set up return and got us the one we needed and helped us with info for future purchases. Thank u mattress firm!

Walked into Mattress Firm last Wednesday and was blown away with the service I received. Nathan was incredible. He was a plethora of knowledge regarding mattresses, pillows, sheets, and mattress covers. He even provided some history of one of the mattress companies.
